although the peter chu heels, like the one in my avatar (v16sa) now look best at us women's 10. (i think that is your size)that is when they reach the full heel height. i am guessing that is the size they did the designing on, the smaller sizes don't look as well proportioned, at least on pictures. i think their u20sa shoe looks best around us women's 12-13. (they make it up to 14.5) but the heel is 7.7" with only a very small platform. the smaller sizes get too steep and the heel is almost touching the soles. that would be probably a good choice to get the feet look smaller, but probably difficult to walk in. although one of my exes could walk in a full 6" pump, no platform size 6.5 us. and she could do it all day. it is not often i have seen that though.

i understand. i think 5-6 inch heels look best around size 6-7 us women's size. so i see the need for the guys wearing heels to try to have the feet look smaller.

i am not sure if i want them to look smaller. when i lived in europe, growing up, i was embarrassed about my feet being big. here in the us, it is not an issue at all.

not my feet. i don't wear heels. i just love them on women. i have size 15uk feet. i don't think they look so good in that size.
