Hi people, I was having my trawl round the Charity Shops yesterday and found what looking like "my" Nine West ,Maroon. Identical colour but square toe, only size 6(UK). Got them on my feet and walked round the store and bought them. Great. I can't get them on today!!!! Later when my feet are not so big again. No time to get pics for you yet. Will do soon. Hi Daniel, That's about my standard just now. I went to TKmaxx a short while ago, and they had a pair of Maroon heels from Nine West I tried very hard too get them on my feet, no go. If they have them, they are on the shelf. I saw they were in Debenhams too, but I can't get to Debs.Still hoping. They passedthe 100% mark. A pair of "must haves", 5 inch with small Platforms. I get the same feelings, but there are some!!!!!!!!! Muddypaws

I saw those lovely shoes in TKmaxx yesterday, and tried them on. Not quite right, did not reach the 90% so put them on the shelf again. My partner is no better in attitude! Muddypaws

Yes, mine is always ME. This is the latest. Shoes bought from Matalan for £3.00. Could not refuse. Snakeskin (pattern) 5 inch heels, small inner platform. Tried them on several times since Christmas. Now they're mine!!!!!!Hooray. Muddypaws

Having retired ten years ago, I am pleased to say I don't have that worry any more. I do however congratulate you on getting a job. even if not quite what you want. I always believe that it's easier to get work when you have a job than when you have not. I you can choose to look around, and still have some pennies coming in. Another thing to remember is even after you buy something, you should still monitor it's price. The 2" men's ankle boots I bought at Sears a month ago for $60, went on sale 2 weeks later for $40. I emailed Sears (since my order was online), and they credited me back the difference.

Other stores might have a price match policy. Obviously it gets trickier if the new lower price requires a multiple item purchase, or a discount coupon.

I've been watching Matalan for a long time at a pair of high snake skin (plastic) shoes that I wanted. Just by chance I went in tonight and there they were, just two pairs........at THREE pounds each. I tried them on AGAIN and great. I could not resist.at that price. I'll post pics on the 'WHO HAS BOUGHT' Post
