Hi Daisuki, Nine west again, good. Not as high as I would choose, but lovely shoes, and that toe , although it is long, not obtrusive. It looks good. Not like the older style of pointed toe. I like them. Muddypaws.

Hi Ron C, nice smart easy going sandals, you will soon get used to, and enjoy them. I was in Bristol Cabot Centre recently and went into KG Geiger shop, and the sales girl there had beautiful heels on with two inchish platforms, and I asked her how long she could wear those shoes. She told me FIVE hours comfortably. I said lucky you to have the opportunity. Hers, i said would have been the one job in life I would have loved to do. Something I always dreamed of. Muddypaws

Hello all, we come up with the same theme again. I say that I will never buy shoes unless I can try them on first. I think sales staff and customers must be getting used to me popping in to see what the have now. All shops. Charity Shops too, often come up with treats in them,(those in my avatar cost £3.00 from Matalan) but still try on first. Why? Manufacturer's lasts are all different sizes although they say 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8. I can often fit any of these sizes. I have shoes in all of these sizes and all are correct. I love the thrill of walking round the shops, looking and trying if I like a style. Live with it, enjoy it. No-one will say come with me SIR! It is a fact of life these days. It's your choice, your life to enjoy. Muddypaws.

Yesterday (Sunday 13th) was foul, Rain,RAIN and even more rain. I had to go out to do a "little shop". On the same site was a Charity Shop, so to hell, I went to see if they were open.....on a Sunday! Yes, so I went in and they had some nice shoes there, but none fitted me. On me way out I saw a couple of pairs hiding in the window. I thought one of them looked about my size, so I tried them on and bingo!!! Magic a great fit. So I walked over to the counter, put my old ones on the counter,and was told they were not bought here.....No but the ones on my feet were. For £6.50, I had a great pair of FAITH shoes, fit like a glove. I kept them on to go to the car:silly:. I wore them then for the rest of the day, that is till bedtime. No less than 12 hours. My son rang me and I told him about them, he was pleased for me. Magic all over. My partner never said a word about them all the time. And so to bed with a big .

Thanks to Bubba and Jeff, I find that 4" is my regular size of heels now, I have 5" too, but now my most comfortable is 4s. I can wear them all day every day, given the opportunity! The 5s are ok, but not the same as my comfy 4s. You are quite right in saying about lower ones feeling like flatties, I have disposed of all of them now to Charity Shop, and a few of the others too. I will not buy below 4" now, often that bit more, but not much. I will, though NEVER buy without trying on for size first, as I still find so many different sizes for the size. Always in the shop, it's great, then walk around the shop in them before I pay. One " fave" is TKMaxx, always a big shop to walk in! Always hit or miss if they have your 'style' on the shelves The other of course is New Look. also good to walk around . Muddypaws

At 5" heel that would be perfect for me. With a G/F who buys you shoes like these, you must be in heaven, or even better place. Lead me to it.
