  1. I wouldn't say I was the brain of Britain, but I have been on a number of forums over the years and the question has been asked a few times. It would seem a large percent of free thinking guys with regards to dress, have IT related jobs!! Tis strange. Perhaps we should start a thread and ask people what their jobs are and poll the results. Cheers Jon

  2. Hi guys.

Yup it was a really good night.

Chris wore his New Rock Malica's (that suited him big time) and Lance had a wedge heel boot on.

I was glad to meet Chris, who is a truly nice guy and it turned out that we have very similar jobs in IT.

Lance for those who don't know, owns Midas clothing http://www.midasclothing.com

He does a line in skirts for men.

I have to agree with Chris about our singers fluffy boots though!! I prefer it when we both wear our Malica's

I'll post some pics as soon as I get them.

I'm looking forward to the London meet-up. I don't know about playing though, I don't know that many London promoters - but I'll try.

    Cheers

    Jon

  3. Hi Garri Krapsparov,

as chess player I'm astonished to meet our former World Chess Champion here again as chess pensioner on high heels. My first move is 1. e2-e4. If you should prefer to play with the white pieces I would answer as traditional black player 1. ... c7-c6 (Caro-Cann defense). My only condition for the match is that both players are wearing at least 3'' heels during the game. Robert J. Fischer claimed more than 30 conditions before playing against Boris Spasski in Reikjavik. For example a Charles Eames chair. Victor Kortchnoi's condition for continu

ing his match against Anatoli Karpov was that the soviet parapsychologist Dr. Sukhar should be excluded from the audience. Thats all bullshit! The first chess game on high heels could be really a fun - in case of a draw the wearer of the higher heels is winning :academic:

    nice greetings

    micha (*accepting every white opening*)

ps: I'm fascinated about the click-clack of my heels in a tournament hall when the chess clocks are ticking silently... seldom to hear in the ladies tournament room. Who of you is able to explain me why almost all chess playing girls are wearing only sneakers (*grrrhhh*)?

    Hi Micha

I remember the Kortchnoi, Karpov match being very funny.

I think its true that they had a wooden partition under the table to stop them kicking each other. Was there some major confronation about the flavour of yogourts, and they had to be anounced before the match started because one of them had accused the other of using them as a code?

I remember playing in a chess congress about 12 years ago and a woman called Kathy Forbes was there. Now I don't know if Kathy was the womans British champion at the time, but she was more famous for being clobbered by Bobby Fischer!! (So it must have been about 1992 thinking about it)

Now Kathy had finished her game and was walking about looking at others. The room was a deathly silence with the exception of Kathy's high heels.

I tell you Micha, it was the sexiest sound I ever heard!!

If you would like a game of chess with me, go to http://www.redhotpawn.com and look me up. I would love to play you.

Don't expect a game with the quality of my namesake though.:rocker:

This is why I call myself KRAPsparov.

    Cheers

    Jon

  4. Krapsparov, thats too funny ! Your cute. I dont mind if a guy isnt hot, at least if he's cute and treats me right, I'll go out with him. And for Cris, I only date guys who like girls with glasses :rocker: <wink-wink>

Got a pic Cris? PM me if u want cutie.

    Hi Melyssa.

Like yourself, I only date people with glasses, but I have to add that they must have booze in them!!

I do agree with you though, glasses do make a great difference, just look at Clark Kent!!

Mind you, I recon Lois Lane has Cataracts not to recognise him.

    Cheers

    Jon

  5. Wow Krapsparov, you are the closest thing we have to a real life rock star endorsement of men in heels! :rocker:

I just listened to nobodys angel and am now enjoying Rock Bottom.

    Thanks for the pics.

    LOL.

I'm a long way off from being a rock star!!!

I am however gathering a following of guys wearing heels and skirts that come to our gigs.

If nothing else, I hope I'm raising awareness to the cause.

    Cheers Jon

  6. Thans for the comments. I normally wear a long-ish coat that would finish right at the bottom of me knee. From there on down its all boot and nothing but the boot & heel. quote]

Have you thought about wearing a skirt with that coat?

Aot of guys who would like to wear a skirt but don't feel confident enough wear long coats a people don't even know!!

I know this is not really a skirt forum, but (in my opinion) heels look better with skirts.

You can buy gothic, man skirts from most places on the net! But its cheaper to buys a womans off the peg.

    Cheers

    Jon

  7. You can start by putting the feelers out. Admire her shoes and take a strong interest in her footwear. Ask the question "Whats it like to walk in heels?" and ask if you can try hers on for a laugh. Just build on it from there. In my experience, she will want you to try them on. If they don't fit, tell her you know a huge footed woman at work and produce a pair of your own a few days later. Just an idea. Jon

  8. I recently got my new boots from New Rock.

If you go to the skirt section of my website, you can see me in them.

I must confess to like Barretts though. They must get loads of guys buying girls shoes from them and the staff are really clued up with them.

I'm a new member so my profile is not finished yet
