i would take a pair of low heels to recover in lol. Even if your arches last the torture your balls will kill in 6in after not long lol. Im on msn or facebook , both are free to join and msn free to download from microsoft. you chat realtime then instead of emailing back and forward

i would reccomend a lower shoe lol. in and around the house my 4.5in heels felt a piece of piss to wear, NO problem whatsoever. HIt hard concrete and try covering distance and you suddely realise how much you arent moving anywhere compared to flat shoes lol and little hills etc and uneven surfaces make things a little trickier. goto a rocker type club noone will care. wear a normal style heel out round london in the day, its so busy noone notices at all. do you have any receptive friends you could do it with, strength in numbers certainly helps to get rid of the demons from your head
