  2. I use to do pointe in ballet when I was a kid and I think it helped make it easy to get into super high heels when I was trained as a sub but now after only wearing heels like this for years I think I given up on ever wearing normal shoes again.

Hi "normal shoes" they sound boaring lol, when i was a young from age 5 to 15 i did ballet and yet not that good i did manage to get on pointe, i remember my teacher saying when i was a teanager to wear high heels to help build up my ankle strenth, i wonder if ballet teaching / training these days if they recomend wearing high heels to there pupils ?, chat soon .

  3. It would be irresponsible for anyone, even a licensed foot doctor, to diagnose your problem via a message board. What you can do is Google for "heel pain" and read as much as you can. Much info is available.

I also get heel pain once in a while. I do two different exercises that pointe ballet dancers do and these exercises seem to re-align all the stuff directly under the heel for me and the pain instantly vanishes.

After Google searching i think alot of woman have simler problems caused from wearing a high heel shoes for prolonged times, i have also looked at pointe ballet dancer exercises and for sure just doing some that they show dose feel if i was to do them alot it could reduce the tightness in my legs and ankles, i do love wearing my high heels and looking at pictures of feet that have been in high heels for many years and sadly i have realised it is too late now becase i have all the same problems with my feet, but high heels do make me feel special lol.

  4. It seams faily normall that other woman judge you by your shoes,i find when im out doing general shoping and dress faily normall "in jeans and stilettos courts" they look at me up and down and you can see them thinking "why is she wearing 5.5" heels doing her shoping" lol they will get over it .

  5. Hi Jay Jay You are right about stilettos but it also depends on the shoe structure, most well made stiletto courts do but i think the general shape of the innersole of stilettos do suit a high arched foot, well for me they do and a shoe that is not shaped like my sole and arch hurts my feet alot even if my sole dose rest in the shoe, I have had a cast taken of my feet and had a arch suport made to fit in flatish shoes but they take some getting used to wearing and im not sure if they feel any good but they do make wearing low heels shoes bareable. Thanks for your input on this

  6. For sure wearing heels alot causes Achilles tendon problems and for me i get pain when wearing lower heels right in the lower back of the heels, this pain eases off when i take the pressure away by resting bare foot or wearing a high heel. I also get pain in the bottom of both my heels when i get up in the mornings and i feel i need to tip toe to relive this, im unsure what this is maybe Xray2 you know what this is you sound like you are a expert in this feild , intresting reading .

  7. I think in with high heels esp a court / pump style that needs to fit snug to stay on go for 1 size smaller than your normall flat shoe size. As mentioned if you have archy feet be carful if you buy very high heels you may even need 2 sizes down becase your heel will come away from the heel cup if not snug on your toes, just as a idea i have worrn heels for almost 20 years and my feet has got very high arched and i have lost 3 sizes, so all i can say its trial & error as they say good luck .

  8. Hi Esther for many years i have suffered with feet problems due to wearing high heels more or less all the time, the physicale afspect of being stuck in heels are somethink i have tryed to think is normal and hope it dont show, i have seen many foot drs and the first thing they say can you walk flat footed ?. Having deformed toes like i have and bunions, having excessivly tight tendons is the first thing i must combat in the health of my feet is to regain full movement but i have had xrays of my legs and feet and the changes in tendon lenth and strenth has been dramaticly alttered, so for some girls who are totaly stuck in there maximum hight i know they must be doing such damage to there achilles and they dont realise but i do know and its so hard to get back down in heel hight .

  9. I think you are right most people do have one foot bigger than the other in some way, i wear stiletto courts as work shoes and boots in the winter and i have terrible shaped feet , right foot is much wider at the big toe area but in lenth about 1 size shorter,i always favor taking the right shoe off when my shoes are feeling too tight. Shaz

  10. The Lois point court is a great shoe over the last year i have owned 3 pairs black, red , and cream, they are well made and lasts faily well, they do feel narrow at first but do shape well to the feet so becomes very wearable for long periods, hope you injoy wearing them.

  11. Hi about 6 months ago i tryed on a pair of ballet boots in a shop just to see how they felt ,out of 3 pairs the punitive shoes made ones was the only pair that i could get my wide feet in due to having bunions, they was lace up and very well made but much wider than some other makes, found them suportive but not ever walked in ballet heels before was a challange .

  12. Hi girls, for me the biggest problem i find is walking down steep ramps, i find my self having to walk kind of side ways a bit and at times i have noticed people taking a odd look at me for walking this way, also i do find that my heels pop out and my feet arch more esp when im wearing courts / pumps when walking down hills ect, but all in all i tend to cope faily well .

  13. Well for me i find my 5/3/4 " stiletto knee boots take the longest to remove, the ziper has to be right down low to enable my high arch shaped feet to come out and also becase i have bunions i have to wiggle the boots as i pull them off, all in all these take longer than my shoes (pumps courts ) to take off.

  14. Real womans feet lol funny you said that Susi, my b/friend said the same thing once when i was talking about my feet being shaped from wearing pointy heels alot, and as far as wearing small size shoes that are tight my b/friend said a tight shoe esp pumps look better than shoes that are not tight, vanity dose take over some times but i will admit it has ruined my feet over years of heel wearing,xx Sharon

  15. Um for me must be short pointy toes, on boots courts ect even tho some round toe shoes look nice i think the sexyness of a pointed shoe wins hands down. one thing i find with round toe heels is becase my feet are pointy shaped when wearing a round toe the toes just dont feel or look right and the round toe area creases where the empty area is.

  16. Hi many years ago i had this burning in the calloused area esp the ball of the feet, what i noticed is when my fore foot had became very hard from a build up of callouse the burning subsided, but what i can say is i wear heels daily and in some shoes that are not snug the burn is there so must be friction i emagine, but thats only my idea and if my feet are anythink to go by i hope she dont for her sake suffer like i have just to wear heels.Sharon.
