  1. I make no attempt to look feminine, that is to say I do not wear makeup or wigs but I often wear miniskirts with my heels or short shorts and fishnets to show off my legs and my heels. As I have said here before women flirt with me alot when wearing this sort of outfit, they do not flirt with me in normal guy mode. Who gives a crap what others think enjoy yourself and do what you enjoy doing. You will find it exciting and maybe others around you will as well even if you never know it.

  2. Every time I wear my ballet out in public at least one woman will compliment me on my heels and ask how hard they are to walk in. Once I even took them off for a store clerk to try on. She probably would have been able to walk in them if they were not so big. I gave her the websites that sell them. Next time I was in the store she told me she had bought some and her b/f was loving it as she was walking in them out on a date. Women seem to be fascinated with men who can walk in extreme heels. I have been hit on by women more times wearing heels than not. I only wish I had started wearing them in public when I was much younger.

  3. The Devious brand ballet heels are made with the heel too long. Brand new out of the box if you stand up the shoe and look at the heel angle it is angled forward. Tip the shoe back until the heel is straight up. Measure the gap between the sole under the toe and the floor. This is how much needs to be cut off of the heel before you can walk properly in your ballets. If the toe area is not properly padded the shoe will break down around the toe and cause the shoe to lean forward again which may result in another cutting of the heel.

  4. I used to just wear heel with my guy clothes but I kept getting asked if I was gay. A female friend of mine told me to wear a dress or skirt with my heels and no one will say anything. I did and no one said anything. I liked it and keep doing it. Maybe people just assume that I am gay and don't say anything but I don't care anymore. I am not trying to pass as a woman nor could I if I tried. Just a guy in a miniskirt and the tallest heels possible. At 6'5" flatfooted with ballet boots and a miniskirt on I must be a strange sight. I think my size intimidates people not to say much as well. Strangely though I have more women hit on me dressed this way than I ever did in male clothes.

  5. I have had severe problems with Archenemys. I ordered a pair of ballet boots and had not received them even a year after I had paid for them. They got to the point where they would not even answer email regarding the purchase. I found that they had the same pair I ordered in Patent instead of the leather I ordered and ask them to send those which they did. This was the second time I had problem with them and I will not order from them again. This incident was however happened several years ago, and maybe things have changed, but I will not take the chance.

  6. I wore a pair of ballet boots out of a lingerie store after my purchase. While in the store wearing them I thought the ladies were going to try to rape me. They were coming on to me big time. The couple of men in the store didn't say anything except one man who said that's impressive.

  7. Yesterday I stopped by a convenient store in a denim miniskirt and 4.5 inch Nine West Pumps. The lady at the register was quit nice and commented that I had great legs. I was not wearing a wig but rather showing my balding head. She asked how I could walk in heels that high and I told her that these were not high compared to what I normally wear when wearing heels. She said she thought I looked great and asked me to come back sometime with higher heels on. I asked her if she thought it looked strange and she said maybe to some people in this area but not me. A very gratifying experience and one that I shall not soon forget.

  8. 1/4 inch can make all the difference in the world. I have had heels that I could not walk in and removed 1/4 inch and they became walkable. Going up 2 inches at a time can be a difficult task but you must just keep trying and you will get used to it. I used to think that I would never master 6 inches but am now up to 6 1/2 inches without platforms and have been wearing ballet heels for years. Ballets took me over a year to get used to.
