HI Thanks for all the input high heelers Found a site on the internet with instructions to measure your feet Ive drawn my foot out on paper measured it and compared it it comes in at about 10 inches long by 3.5 wide which when converted gives me a male uk size 7.5 which again converts to a female uk 6.5 using their chart so probably a generous female 6uk would fit me as it does all in all its a bit of pot luck really do you go for the a bit tight but stays on or the loose keep falling off I think i would go for the staying on less likely to have an accident when coming down the stairs so basicaly were down to try before you buy to be sure steve

hi well i do have small feet compared to my sons size 11's and looking at my trainers depending on the brand my size is a tight 7 then a 7.5 and a 8 so i think I am a 7.5 to be honest stiil dose not explain why a womans 7 court slips at the heel but a 6 stays put i wonder if anyone else has the same problem steve

Hi I cant get my head round the shoe sizes my wifes a size 6 ukF im a size 8 ukM I can wear her size 6 shoes ok they dont slip off if i try on a size 7ukF they slip off so me being an 8 male I fit a 6 female shoe thats different to what ive been told about size male to female i dont have very large feet ...but i can run fast!! anyone else know about shoe size female to male? steve

Probably ok if you have lost your hammer and need to bang a nail in but to wear them UGH nearly as bad as UGG boots steve

Thanks for the comments I bought them off ebay some lady could not walk in them silly girl they are great shoes so she sold them on they were unworn so got a bargain £40 pound shoes for £10 its nice to get a bargain once in awhile steve

hi they certainly are different I would have made the heel further back to the rear of the shoe and posibly colour it red to match the sole or even black for a contrast too much bare metal for me as it stands steve

Hi Heres a pair of my favorite shoes i like to wear with 5 inch heels, small platform and 2 straps across the front secured by pop studs and a small peep toe opening made by Asos after thought ....Must shave my legs regards steve

Hi For comfort with 5 inch heels go for the ones with a slight platform as they offset the heel height so your nearer a 4 inch in real terms but your legs will look great with the extra height heels

hi I would do what others have suggested take a normal cheap pencil skirt try it on for fit unpick the hem allow for your hip measurement then decide how tight you want it turn it inside out and just below where the hip bulge is draw on the cloth with a chalk marker the amount you want to take it in start gradually first then take it in half inch each side as you go down this may be enough you could always pin it first and try the fit then get your sewing machine out and starting from the top band follow the new line you have drawn to the bottom cut off the excess old seam and resew the hem cheap and chearfull steve

I must say its nice to wear high heeled boots with jeans and on the other hand a nice pair of high heeled shoes does look nicer with stockings and a skirt the feel of the skirt swishing over your stockined legs and the view of your ankles and calfs whist in your high heels is so lovely to see how far you go depends on how femine you want to be for me thats it others may wish to go further but the look of my legs and heels on my feet just does it for me After all wearing heels with a pair of rough socks isnt quite the same Saying wearing high shoes is ok but hose and skirts is not is a bit contradictory as thats the fashion package you usually see Maybe its a sort of denial... I can wear high heels and not be femine but hose and skirt is too feminine if you get what i mean steve

It would be ok but I would be pushing all the flats and wedges to the back shelf and displaying all the high heels out the front probably would get the sack first day Could get very frustrating seeing all those heels and not wearing them myself Mind you it would be great to see the ladies trying them on and trying to walk in them steve

Just to say im new to this site and can see from reading the posts that many share my view on high heels. I have bought my wife many pairs of high heel shoes and love to see her in the 5 inch heels they really make her legs look great especially if she is also wearing stockings . I too wear heels when I can and love the feel of high heel leather boots or a nice pair of 6 inch court shoes with an ankle strap. well thats it for now regards steve
