Composer, he writes music for planetarium shows. Very dreamy ethereal music, perfect for stargazing.

I actually wear men's skinny jeans, Levis EX-GF jeans. They use their men's sizing system of waist and inseam. I have no idea how it relates to women's sizing. Other's may be able to help you though. JeffB might be able to help you out there.

I had my local cobbler or shoe repairer do the work. It really is a custom tailoring. It cost me about $20 a pair for tailoring, really worth it. The yellow pages might be a good place to start. Excess lace? Scissors baby, but keep the cuts so they follow the pattern and avoid cutting across the pattern. That way you can cut it with scissors without it looking like it had been cut with scissors.

I still marvel at the Milky Way stretching across the sky with it's countless bejeweled points of light and hidden treasures just waiting to be found by anyone with binoculars or a telescope. There is something special about seeing celestials objects with your own eyes that creates an intimacy with the universe that's quite humbling.

I think there are a lot of guys exploring a similar look. Myself included. Regular fit works well for shoes. You can certainly wear boots underneath regular fit jeans, but you won't like the look of the boot over them. This is where skinny jeans are great. They have a nice line continuing into the boot shaft. Note: You will probably have to have the boot shafts altered to fit. Ladies boots tend to have more meat in the calves for a given size than we guys have.

I've been around these parts for a while now, and I see the changes going on around me, not only are things changing, but they are accelerating. It largely depends on us and more and more of us are wearing our heels out in public than ever before. People are seeing it, talking about it or just hearing about it.

Oh don't worry about. It's probably just as well. I don't need to be spending the money at this point in time and my current collection can go me quite awhile. The problem with changing the system from heel height to instep angle, is all of us that have learned our comfortable heel height would have to change plus instep angle could be different for two people with the same shoe size due to difference in arch height.

Oh, I thought you meant lace not laces. But yeah, you can cut those to. Just redress the ends by wrapping the end tightly with cellophane (clear transparent stuff) tape. Apply a lighter flame to the end to bond the whole thing together. Don't overdo it on the heat. You might want to practice with the length that you cut off before redressing the actual end. Yeah I hit the post message button on my profile page instead by mistake. Knew you'd figure it out.
