What are you looking for? Women sizes or bigger sizes? I wore 4" heeled pointy boots last year, also when visiting shoe shops and trying on shoes/boots, and had no problems. The only shop I remember out of my head is www.sacapuce.fr where I have bought a pair of boots exactly one year ago actually. They aren't that helpful in the shop but as long as they bring you what you ask them to it is ok I think. Google this "chaussure grande taille paris" and you'll get about 1 million hits. It mean "shoes big size paris" and you will get some hits for shops in Paris. I have the name of another one but it is on the tip of my toungue but...... no, can't remember its name rigth now.
