BlkKhb1 Posted December 2, 2007 Share Posted December 2, 2007 In some knee high boots on the treadmill and I admit that my feet hurt to some extent, but that's the price you gotta pay when you want to perfect walking in them as well as getting used to it... no pain no gain lol The boots have about a 3" blade heel, no padding other than some thin socks to help control the sweating lol Hope to manage 4.5" by christmas here... woohoo!
