Looking for size 11 US male high heeled boots

Can anyone help me to identify sources for size 11 US male (45 Euro) "fashion" high heeled boots that are not fetish oriented? Most size 11 shoes or boots are either dancer oriented or clearly fetish oriented and are mostly only available in red or black.

Not that I mind these choices as I clearly enjoy them but I would also like to have other options for "every day" wear as well. Please follow the below links as examples of what I like to find:

It does not have to be steel heels, any other material would do as well. The main problem is the size. Any response in regard to where larger sizes can be found is welcome.

I love those Zappos ones! Pity they don't ship to the UK. Chris
