I finally figured it out!

I finally figured out how to include a picture with my post. All I had to do was read the FAQ. DUH! If anyone is interested, see me in my track shoes under "runing in high heels" for the guys. Also, while I'm at it, I'd like to see a gal post the same question for the gals. I also just learned you can post as a guest, which I did not intend to do, so I am reposting this as myself. Tex
