Crutches and high heel

Anyone here wear a high heel while on crutches? Medical community vigorously advises against it, but I have done very well on my crutches and one high heel of any style.

While i wear high heels quite often i have never been on crutches, and my take is that i would wear flats if i had to use crutches.
