Diesel Lacely boots

So, my boyfriend has come to an absolute obsession trying to find a pair of these in his size. They are from I think the 09/10 season, so a bit out now. He's looked on eBay, at all the discount and clearance web sites and everything, and can't find them anywhere.

Here is what he is dying to find in a size 10 or 41:

Not the same ones (which is always disappointing), but the closest style I could find are these:

Ya, he wouldn't go for those plus he has some like it he wants the Diesel ones cuz they are so high.
