Black_Boots Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 Hello, I read some posts and I thought after a very brief introduction in the Hello section, it was time to tell my story, how I decided to buy heels and wear them ocasionnaly, and more and more. It started in 2005 (Wow...) I bought on Ebay some slides for my wife, very simple Highest Heel black Opera, size US9. (I will post attachment later, when I can). I ordered them for one of our anniversary. When they arrived, they were very nice, so I tried them on, and really liked it actually. They were fitting perfectely. I did not know I had the same size as her... I thought they might be too big for her... And of course they were too big, a lot! Strange for me... But she did not want me to send and exchange them, as anyway, she is not really a "high heel shoes" user. Anyway, this is almost her only "default" even if this is not one at all, I just write it this way as we are on a Heel related Forum... Until today, the box with the brand new shoes I offered her are sleeping under our bed... I put them on some time after I offered them, but I quickly noticed that the got some wearing marks... and if she does not wear them, who else in our appartment would wear them??? Mmmhhh? Black_Boots Posted August 10, 2011 Author Share Posted August 10, 2011 I am back to continue the story... After the experience of the shoe size, I had to choose a model. Honestly speaking, I have always adored Platform stilettos! I think my adoration came from the fact that almost every women models taken for men magazine are wearing this type of shoes... And I really love it. One more time I made a relatively simple but nice choice: I went for a pair of Pleaser 6in white platform stilettos size US9 (See over why!), ordered to a belgian Ebay seller. Now the shoes were paid (Thank you Paypal!) and were on the way home... Next challenge, collect the shoes in the mail box before my wife... I remember I was quite scared and thinking of a relatively reasonnable explanation why these shoes arrived at my name in my mail box... (Please do not laugh!!) Hopefully, I managed to collect them before her and could open the box. I remember the excitment of openning the box, touching this wonderfull thing that I was looking at for such a long time on picture, they were finally in my hands!! And soon on my feet!!! I also still remember the "brand new" smell of them, definetely, this smell is a very strong souvenir for me, more then the touch or the vision. It is the same as what you feel when you get into a brand new car or when you taste a very good dish. Very nice experience. The sole was generousely and softly padded with a "Pig leather", it was looking very comfortable. After having looked at them for a moment, I decided to try them on, even if they looked a little bit smaller then I expected. because in the end, shoes are made to walk with!!! Then I really had difficulties to put my foot into them, they were very narrow and short! My thumbs were hiding in the front and the back of my feet at the back... SH...!!! What happened??? I ordered the same size as the pair for my wife and they fitted perfectely! Something definetely went wrong somewhere... I went looking closer to the box of my wife's shoes and saw the actual size I bought was US11, and not US9 as I ordered!!! I had been sold a wrong size... Anyway, I put my white platform on some times, thinking they would go bigger in a short time.... Not that much actually... I even cut off the straps, and really found they even looked sexier like that... I think this is when I decided to go back on the internet, to look for another pair of platform shoes, but this time in size US11!! To be continued... Black_Boots Posted August 11, 2011 Author Share Posted August 11, 2011 Now that I knew I need a size US11 and not US9, I could go surfing the internet... After the experience of cutting the straps of my white pleaser sandals, I went looking for a mule shoe type. As almost all of us know there are plenty... I decided to go for a very classical type, the Kiss model from Pleaser as the picture below: Of course, the excitment and the thrill of the mailbox was the same as for my first pair, but this time, they fitted to my foot. For the first time I could experience the feeling of walking in a women's shoes to my size!!! Very cool moment. At that time I was living in a 45 square meter old flat and my walking area was not bigger then 4 or 5 steps... but I really had a great pleasure to walk in them. I had to face also another problem, where to store my shoes??? I put them in the attic into an old luggage. I put them almost everytime I was alone, even for a few minutes, just for the great feeling of my foot following the shape of the sole. I told myself it was not that difficult to walk with high heel shoes on... Maybe because I did not stand up for a long time... Once I had an experience with these shoes, I was alone home for one evening, I went driving my car with the shoes on. I drove really carefully and slowely. I was wearing them for quite a long time already, and after driving, I parked the car somewhere in the country side and went out for a longer walking session then what I used to do in my flat. Well after a while, it started to hurt my feet seriousely on the top of them. Right where the foot touches the mule. The conception of the mule was not really good for the confort of the top of the foot. Very good for the sole but not where actually it hold the foot. There is a kind of burr due to the sewing of the PU material and it makes a deep red line on the skin after a while. This is where all your weight is supported... After this experience, I told myself if I wanted to go further in wearing heels, I had to find a more comfortable pair of high heel shoes... Searching the web for another pair of High Heels, I found many places, a lot in the US, some in Germany, but they all sell shoes made in the US like pleaser or HH... I did no want to take one more time a PLeaser as they did not fit really well... I finally found a shop, on both Ebay and their own place: onlysexyshoes.com They manufacture in the USA, sexy shoes, you could choose the color, the type of heel, the texture of the shoe, everything actually. I bought a very simple mule, 5 in heel in red and cristal clear for the sole... I bought them in september 2006. As soon as they arrived, of course I tried them on and that time was really fantastic, they perfectly fitted, amazingly confortable and very nice. Just like in a dream! This is the first pair I ever kept with me until today, did not get rid of them. I love them and moreover, the shop is closed, it is a kind of rarity... I used to wear them for a while in my flat, just going out of the flat, going downstairs terrified one of my neighboor would see me... nothing never happened anyway but... I am very happy of this buying and sad the shop is closed. I recently bought some shoes from Explicit shoe, the are really similar in the conception but not exactly the same. Then for a very long time, I did not buy any shoes for 2 years... then suddenly I felt one more time the need for a new pair... Looking backward, it is when I realised I could not own only one pair of high heel shoe, I had to make some new experience! The only problem I was going to face: Where to hide the shoes????
