bootmebaby Posted December 4, 2010 Share Posted December 4, 2010 Welcome awaylad...the pic is for your avatar which can be set by clicking user cp...all your personal settings should be there for you once you clcik the user cp near the top, middle of the page. It explains not only expected conduct but at what points members are allowed access to these features. And, it is highly recommended by the moderators that all new members read it so they won't clog up the system asking questions who's answers are easily found by reading the introductory postings.
