The Nordstrom store downtown has a great selection as well mybe a clearance section. On 2nd Ave near Pine and Pike streets there is several shoe stores there. Fluevog is one that some cool alternatives, and a couple of other boutique shops. As well you would be near Pike street market which is a no miss spot and good for heeling. There is some good fashion shop with shoes further north west towards the needle along 2nd, 1st Ave's. Bellvue has some boutiques which are very good too.
