Van Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 Not my thing at all. Too "boyish" perhaps, although I never went for Barbie either. Vanessa
Yamyam Posted September 14, 2003 Posted September 14, 2003 ...so I'm planning to wait until the children are old enough to join in, then I'll pretend I'm helping them and get back into it It seems they're old enough. To the model shop!!!! Obsessed is such a strong word. I prefer to think of myself as "differently enthusiastic"
zorro071214 Posted September 14, 2003 Author Posted September 14, 2003 Hi all I don´t think it´s to boyish to build models it´s a kind of theraphy, it calms you down and you can sit alone and listen to music without disturbing anyone.I have a new project that i´ll try to get 700 Euro for. It´s an orderd modell but i make everything working even in scale 1:100.It´s more fun to make something out of pictures and maybe a blueprint than buying a readymodell.Another thing is that it´s cheaper also. The negative part is that it´s very dusty wheb your sanding the wood. Here is the modell(not ready) Here is the orginal. I am who I am and no one else/Jankas
