paraglider Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Hi all, I just read a current thread in the girl's forum. Some of the girls write, they wear their heels while sleeping for training purposes. With sandals/pumps I see no effect at all - apart from hurting the toes if the shoes are too narrow. With (stiff) boots I can imagine a training/stretching effect for the ankles. Therefore once I tried to wear my tight ballet boots for the night, but after about 2 hours the front of my ankles hurt quite a lot so that I couldn't sleep and I put the boots off. What is your experience with that? Do you do that? With which kind of shoes? Do you train your feet/ankles in a special way? Best regards, Tom
danielp6406 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 What about stretchers or "heel trainers" ? See below some pics I found on the internet...
