Side lacing....Hmm?

Well, my inquisitive mind has got me a pair of boots, not that I'm complaining at all. I got this present after wowing a gf with a nice turquoise bowed giftbox. Strangely as knowledgeable as I now am to the hows and whys, I am stumped as to how they should lace, other than my final attempt as shown - but hating to have to go around the front to continue lacing up the other side. Or maybe I should have crossed around the back? :welcome: If you have a clue how this one long lace should go, I'd appreciate your input ladies and gentlemen! Perhaps even a diagram drawn over the attached pic of how you would thread it.

Hi, first i want to say i like your ankle boots!!

My first thought would be, just buy extra laces,so you can lace each side seperately, in total you will need 4 (short) laces for the 2 boots.

How to lace, i sudgest this way, as shown on these boots:

Alternatively, if you really like to use just one lace per shoe...this i a nice sollution maybe....cross the lace to the other side on the bottom of the boot.

Let us now if this tips work for you.

Greetings,

Saskia.

You would either have to lace the boot starting from underneath (as suggested below) or from the back of the boot. Then make your way up on both sides. The lace across the front, no, no, no.

What a great gift!!! Nice boots!

It's all about the heel!
