Bluesman, Cool, enjoy your heels... Jo, size is 41 Eur. They were bought online at La Piazza Highheels, 2 years ago. As for the price, they were quite expensive (as I can remember over 100 USD), but entirely in leather and very, very comfortable, even with this height. Red, I agree with the the no-big-deal attitude. It has to be natural, openly done and really, I like it, I am happy, I do not disturb anybody, what's the matter... Marc

Hi Guys, I have not bought these yet... As soon as I have I will post some pics... And of course will go outside Marc

Hi Tammi, one of the girls of my team has been constantly wearing between 3 and 5" heels every day... Tough to get my mind and eyes out of her feet while making a presentation... At the same time, it's good to see young girls (she's under 30) wearing high heels... Marc

Not a chance, except for clogs, he wore with 2" heels. May be my love of clogs comes from him... except, I prefer 5" . Marc

Hi Xaphod,
yop, they are from La piazza highheels... http://www.la-piazza-highheels.com. I bought a pair of 5" clogs from them one year ago and found their service good. So, since I was looking for a new pair of boots, I went back to their site and found these... and said wow, I need one pair of those. I will order one...
Happy browsing.

Spikes, nice shopping story . Depending on the location, but things seem to be easier for men buying heels in shops... It may not be that easy but I am confident we are part of a new fashion addiction. I love heels! Marc

Hi Larry, welcome to the club... If you ever want your wife accepting your heels outside, try a less feminine style first, like block heel boots. You can have the same height feeling without shocking your wife's feeling. Mine's OK with boots and clogs, but not with stilettos. So this is a compromise. Anyway, congrats for your courage and keep walking! Marc

ChantalTV, Great stories, great shoes and boots... You are now part of the club of men outside heel wearer... What a thrill it is and what a great feeling. Congrats... Marc

Hi Bluesman,
it takes an open-minded wife to accept your heel wearing. Mine agreed on boots or clogs, not on stilettos or platforms, which I find a nice compromise. I like wearing boots or clogs with dark jeans and she likes it too, but as soon as the shoes are too feminine, she dislikes it. We discussed and found an agreement. Since I am travelling a lot on business, I sometimes take a pair of platforms for the fun, but for walking or going out, I prefer boots or clogs... I love the feeling of heels and love walking openly with 4 or even 5". I get a pair of 5" pointy clogs I enjoy wearing for shopping or going to restaurant. As for covering the heels or not, I prefer covering just a bit and showing openly the height.
I got them in black. Pretty cool.

Yop Bluesman, agreed with shockQueen. I have the same experience. I use to walk in 5" clogs. After 2 or 3 hours at that height, when I put on 3 or 4", I feel like walking on flat shoes... Heels are addictive. The higher the better, and the easier when you go down... If you want to walk confidently in 4", train on 5". Marc

Great Dawn HH... The good thing about this forum is that I do not feel alone anymore... this is a moving fashion...

Yes, why not. There is no single answer for everybody. Please do... my wife wears my shirts, t-shirts, and... some of my heels (the platforms) that are just a little too big, and yes, let's exchange clothes, if it's natural.

I've been wearing heeled boots and clogs for years now, with normal masculine outfits, like jeans or dark pants. The first time is scary, but then you fell comfortable and okay. Almost nobody takes care about you. I've ahopped for Xmas in 4" heeled boots, a pair of dark jeans and nobody took care at me. In a shop a clerk (a girl in here 20's) looked at me as if I was weired, but that was it. It's a matter of being natural and comfortable. I will not go out with one of my 6" black platforms. They are for the bedroom, but I've got 2, 3 and 4" clogs and boots, square heels, stilettos, all sorts of heels and wear them regurlarly. I Love it! Marc

Hi all, just a quick share of one of my last heel purchase. The shop had some mules and platforms in the window, far too feminine for myself, but tempting for a present for my wife. The only salesman was in his 40's and was looking good, asking if I was looking for something. I answered that I was just having a look. Then suddenly, I found a pair of clogs with a 4" square heel that I found great . I asked the guy if he got them in 41 (european size). He came back with the pair and asked if it was for a present. I boldly answered that in fact it was for me. He then proposed me to try them, saying that it was very rare that men were wearing women shoes. I told him that I was wearing heeled shoes regularly, but it was hard to find some heeled shoes that a man can wear confidently. I was at that time wearing dark pants, white shirts and black socks. I took off my shoes and tried both clogs, walking in front of the mirror confidently. I am used to walk in 4", so that was not a big problem. The salesman confessed that the clogs were looking great and that was not common. At that moment, a ladyy came in the shop, but did not even notice I was trying 4" heels. I bought the clogs, and took a pair of wild 6" platform for my wife. I jumped in my car, jumped in my new clogs and went to do some shopping in a nearby mall. Once again, wearing 4" heel was a great sensation, and I was feeling quite happy about it. Marc

Hi all, I 'm a newbie here, but heel wearer for years . I am married, though my wife does not really like me wearing heels with her (she find the look weird - she wears high heels regularly, so she finds heels one of the girl's touch), she does not care me wearing them alone or outside. I am travelling a lot for my business, so always take a pair of heeled boots or clogs with me. I am going out with 3 to 4 inch heels, generaly wearing jeans or dark pants, without big issues. As Firefox mentionned, most of the people who notice do not care. You may encounter some giggles (it happened), and that's it. On the other side, wearing heels is a good way to start discussing with foreigners who sometimes ask you why you are wearing heels. And the feeling is fantastic... My first time in public was scarry and a big thrill . I did some shopping in a mall with 4 inches clogs wearing a black pant and a casual shirt. Chances that I met a customer or a colleague was high, but that was part of the game . I walked for two hours, wandering and shopping in full light. A couple of people noticed and smiled, but overall the moment spent was great, and my fear disappeared. From this day, I wear heels as frequently as possible outside, in restaurants, shopping centers, and I love it. So my advice is do it, go out with heels, not really feminine ones (no 6 inchs platforms for example), but ones you feel comfortable with and walk confidently. Marc

Snow is only nice for skiing... But yep, boots are the things to wear in winter. When I travel to cold places, I always take a pair of warm boots to be sure I still wear heels... But yes, I prefer summer and wearing clogs without socks... Marc
