Hi there, no I am not on MSN. I am still new to computers. My daily heel height is now between 4 1/2 and 5 inches. Louboutins and Diors are my favorite and the favorite of my hubby. Of course, after a long day of volunteering at school or church, I look forward to slipping them off after my hubby comes home

When I was first married 7 years ago, I was able to master 3 to 4 inches for periods of time. I did undergo some training. He started having me stand in heels within a square tile in our kitchen for 30 minutes a day. I was not allowed to move out of the square or slip out of my shoes. The training was painful, but it really helped acclimate my feet for extended heels wearing.
