  1. Dahool - those are the sexiest I have seen in a long time. Love them! What is the heel hight? Any style name you can share?

From his post: Together with my wife we decided to buy Aldo Franchette (UK 7 and UK 9). And so here there is a picture of these beauties :)Together with my wife we decided to buy Aldo Franchette (UK 7 and UK 9). And so here there is a picture of these beauties

  2. So many pretty shoes everywhere that will not fit my feet.

I am more tuned-in to shoes this Spring than ever before!! Stopped by a mall and Apple store today but seeing all the SHOES is the most exciting. (on people and in stores).

OH it is HARD when no one seems to have your large size! (womens 13)

Am I stuck with Pleaser & some Avenue?

I'm sending 3 pairs pairs of shoes back this week. I was hoping some size 12's would work, but I was sure they could not even be stretched to fit. One going back to Zappos is a man's Cuban Heel. Not quite tall enough to be fun wearing, and the nose was so pointy it looked very feminine, so just didn't fit what I'm looking for. Not tall enough feeling, but very conspicuous in the front with long jeans.

Zappos has a lot of great shoes up to a 14.

  3. In italian sizing 42 is usually classified as 12 by vendors. You should check them personally if you have the chance, as Bubba says; Louboutins are weird in sizing and a 42 can be many sizes but a 42 depending on the model.

In my case, I'm a 42 and I bought 41.5 and runs perfectly as the fashion adviser suggested. I sent my foot measurements and they answered asap. They are narrow fit, though. The Decolettes I have are 42 and they are a bit snug.

I also have a pair of Atwood's that are 41 and run well. Trying them on is the best way.

Well, this is a super late reply, but the italianheels I ordered were a 46, and they are a bit snug. I'm sure they would stretch well being that it's made from some very high quality leather.

  4. Lincolnshire sausage is better than any American sausage. Veg in the UK is much better than it is here in the states. Food in the UK isn't processed as much as food in the US. I ate less, and felt much more satisfied. Full English breakfast is the best I've had. Who would have thought baked beans, egg, sausage, tomato, mushroom, and toast would be so good together. It's "brilliant" :). But this is about words. Carry on.

  5. These arrived today. Nice craftsmanship, although my blue patent Argentine knock-offs have little to envy on these Louboutins -besides the size, of course-.

Very, very comfortable. Size 42 (IT) insole measures 28.2cm, heel is 11.4cm -4.5"-.

You are so lucky to have small enough feet for Loubies :)

  6. I have to ask, of anyone who's purchased Marziali, how's the fit and quality? Their shoes definitely look tempting...

I'll let you know when they get here. I know they are being made, but it'll take them quite a while to get here to California.

great pair of shoes - I've pondered over buying from marziali for a while now...

    2 questions please...

Are their sizes larger or smaller than "normal" I fit a 45 in some brands but need 47 in others. Their size chart gives some lengths for feet etc. but you never know till you put shoes on. Are they large or small compared to your other shoes of supposedly same sizes?

Also - I don't know what size you wear but they say 12cm heels - if your size is bigger or smaller than average, could you give us an idea if the heels vary with sizes? Some manufacturers heel heights vary with sizes and some stay consistant and I'd hope that with a bigger size, the heel for me would be a bit higher.

    Thanks in anticipation

They haven't gotten here yet. I'm in the US, so I ordered a size 14/46. I have a pair of heels from Fuss (in my avatar), and while they are 46, they are a little snug, even with hose. I'm actually wearing them right now with a new lace dress I ordered .
