So shouldn't your post be under odds lenses and funny shapes? And not under who's bought new shoes?

And where do all the photos of the model with the lovely legs go? I was merely commenting on a reply to a previous post which was also nothing to do with new shoes! As it happens, your post had nothing to do with new shoes either in a way! :cheeky:

Totally. not sure what the point of that post was...?

For me it would be wondering that if part of the image was photoshopped how real is everything else! Their eBay shop uses some odd lenses which distort shoes into funny shapes.

  3. I love these. My wife hates them! [she likes expensive shoes!]

I have worn them only for a few hours altogether, so only a little sign of use on the soles. [indoors only]

They do squash my big toes a little but otherwise a good fit.

£20 including UK mainland postage. Happy to post overseas at cost.

[I forgot to mention, I have the original box but it is a little squashed. I will pack inside another box/cardboard and will be wrapped in black pallet wrap - super secret!]

  4. I thought I would try these to see if I could squeeze into a size 8! I am a 8.5/9 UK so a 42 might have worked better.

The right foot is a bit too tight for me, the left is not too bad but I would not be able to wear them for an extended period. [which is why I got them!]

Tried for about half an hour and they are really cute but ....

They were £12.50 on sale so drop me a PM if you want them for that price. That is including UK mainland P&P. Happy to post anywhere else at cost. Paypal preferred.

  5. I like Transparenze. I have a few pairs - stockings and hold ups. I have been very pleased with them. Haven't tried the other brands though.

    Jura,

What I didn't say was I encourage you to wear heels for as much of your trip as possible. Wear boots in colder or rural areas and perhaps sandals or pumps in the warmer and urban areas. You can get gas, get a coffee, or stop to eat wearing some type of heeled shoe without much notice these days. All depends on how it is put together. You can check into a hotel or family-run motel wearing your heels and not really have to think about it. These days if you are minding your business and are spending money that is all that matters. You may get nice comments in the cities and may even get a few in the rural areas. Wherever you go and wear just do it with confidence. Americans like confident people and it shows the world you are not afraid.  I think most people worldwide like confident but courteous people. I think a great trip awaits you.

Los Angeles and area is good to find and wear heels. Flagstaff is beautiful and accepting of all sorts of people. Chicago is a good place to shop and wear whatever you want. New York City is a mix of everything imaginable. You could wear everything from thigh-high boots to pumps to wedge sandals as a man and just blend into the urban mosaic that is NYC. What can you say about a place where a man and a woman standing together wearing 7" heels can both be complimented equally on their outfits?? I think NYC appreciates style and expression carried off with confidence. It is a very confident place indeed. Some of the shopping is unique in the USA so be prepared.  HappyinHeels

I think I want to move to NYC!

  7. We bought these for a cancer charity walk which ended up being done indoors on treadmills due to bad weather.

Surprisingly easy to walk in and great fun.

Almost as new condition although the box has had a bash.

Size is 43EU. I am more 42.5 - 8 1/2uk and they are a little large on me.

Cost me £50 which I would love to get for them but I will take an offer. Will post anywhere at cost and will take paypal.

Any money raised will go to the same place.
