..I agree with Danielle 100% I hate the sticky clammy feeling of bare feet in shoes. Not braggin here. I wear 4' stilettos around the house no less than 20 hours a week, every week. No problem. I can keep my balance while I stand on one foot while I slip the other shoe off and on and shoe play as well as any woman, dipping, dangling ect. 5" stilettos are difficult and I teeter a bit. 6" heels are for the bedroom only. Last night I decided to go for a ride and get dinner from Mc Donalds drive thru. I was feeling adventerous and wore my 4" stiletto mid calf boots under levis.... Lo and behold! a mile from home and the low fuel light came on. Almost outa gas, My wife did it again... I pulled into the self serve gas station and tried the pay at the pump option and a female voice on the speaker said pay at the pump isnt working, please gas up and pay inside. OK. We exchanged greetings and one lady says (I never realized you were so tall) In a feeble attempt at humor I said well i'm not growing, maybe this cold weather is causing you to shrink. By now theres about six people in line and they all chuckled. I finished my transaction and walked to the back of the store and out the side door. No one noticed my boots. Nobody noticed! My stiletto heels were noisy on the tile floors and yet I never got a second look. I'm tempted to try this again....larry.

I dont know anything about dream analysis but this is weird. Night before last I dreamed that I was in down town Boston. There was a fire and I couldnt get to my car and had to find a way home. I was wearing my 5" red patent leather spikes and when I left the resturant every one noticed. The street people noticed, The people on the train noticed, Every one looked at my shoes and gave me a 2nd look. I gave a cab driver my last $20 to drive me the last two blocks and my heels were worn out and my neighbors were watching as we pulled up to my house. larry here. In retrospect I felt intimidated by this stately gentleman in the shoe store. He was extremely well groomed and wearing what appeared to be tailored clothes. I'm still in awe at his demeanor and self confidence while wearing and buying high heels as if it was an every day thing. He made it look so natural. Last night I drove by Pay Less and saw the same cashier at the counter and returned a few minutes later with a gift certificate for a local resturantand and offered it to her. Yup its true! I was browsing the womens shoes at pay Less and I hear the lady at the counter say Why Hello Robert it good to see you.
