Phone calls and emails get randomly answered ("we apologize, we moved to smaller premises, we're working hard, we're always busy, your items will be shipped next week").

Unfortunately I have a quite huge problem. Does anybody know the company Mandoch Srl and its brand Les Baisers des Etoiles? In January I ordered some pairs of shoes there. Until the present day I haven't received them. E-Mails won't be answered and on the phone they don't speak English. So, is any Italian speaking member here willing to help me? I'm so glad when that one could just phone them quickly. I'm willing to pay an amount for the effort. Please contact me via private message.

I sent them measurement charts which are self-explanatory.

The problem was the language barrier I think.

They make two new pairs now. For one pair I have to pay a very fractional amount. I accepted it, because I also requested a few changes on the original order.

How would you define the word "measurements"?

Does the word include the circumference and the height of one's leg? Or the circumference only?

Again I have problems with a shoemaker. I ordered made-to-measure boots and when I received them I noticed that the shoemaker ignored the requested height of the boots. They made them using their standard height. I extra asked how much individual measurements cost. They said it's free.

From the e-mail conversation:

"Yes, we always make individual measurements for free. But measurements of leg and boot height is different things."

They agreed to make new boots, but I shall pay an additional amount for the requested height now.

Are they correct?

The reason we declined is that the "now Leatherworks" will not make any changes to the styles that they already do, we have tried before even on small changes and they will not do it. Reading your last comment are you saying that you purchased a pair from Fabulously Fetish and have problems with them.?

Yes. I already mentioned it here. I was lucky to talk with them/the shoemaker by phone and I hope all gets finde now. There was a problem cause of language barriers.

And I don't find that stange. Why keeping shoes that I don't like? Also you haven't offered returns at that time.

I contacted you when you re-designed your website. At that time the 'old' boots have already been sold for 2-3 years. I thought to give you another try. So, I asked for some changes on the standard styles, but you declined them immediately. I think you even haven't asked Leatherworks if they could do what I requested. Those were simple changes what other companies offer on request regularly. So, I purchased a pair at Fabulously Fetish. To have so much problems with them now, I couldn't guess before.

Can I ask if you have purchased from us before to make such a sweeping statement, you have to admit "if" our products are not worth the money why are we still in business 18 years down the line, having sailed through a majoy recession as well, think that speaks volumes really.!! After all as a small snap shot 850 customers can't all be wrong with leaving 1st class feedback from our Ebay shop as well. Like most things in life you get what you pay for and we are certainly not expensive when it comes to UK fetish footwear, and lets face it how many in the UK are still left.

Yes, I bought three pairs. And I re-sold them on Ebay. I was not satisfied with the quality at all.

No, they haven't gone bust. They're just slow at work and have poor customer service.

Also, I would not recommend you to be honest. Your prices are not worth your products. (Sorry).

After 4,5 months I received the shoes without any notifaction in advance.

The entire transaction is one big disappointment.

Personally I do not recommend them, because

- they just ignore E-Mails,

- their phone is blocked most of the day,

- the shoes are faulty finally. The measurements differ than ordered (4cm). The seams and the texture of the leather are different than displayed on the product images.

I'm really curious about my inquiry concerning the faults ......

Well, I can say they have never ripped me off and always responded to my mails. Wouldn't have mind though to have known that they had changed suppliers from their Leatherworks replacement (which I quite liked and now suspect was Burlesque Blue) back to Leatherworks (sort off). 

I agree. The man usually replies immediately. I bought two pairs when Leatherworks was still alive.

But in my opinion a huge 'contra' is that they arn't able / willing to realise special wishes like adjusting measurements or doing a leather lining.

No, because my speaking English is much worse than in writing. I will try next week.

So, another 14 days have passed. No parcel and no e-mail arrived.

Well they respond time by time. But only when I remembered twice or more and to tell that the delivery will be delayed. It's been almost three months now.

But you can use the box for storage reasons, too or was the box used for shipping only?

I ordered a pair of boots and I would need to order a large box (especially for boots) elsewhere when FF doesn't send the boots in a suitable box.

(I'm asking here because they don't reply do my messages...)

I contacted Di Marni, too.

They said "Yes this is our partner from Spain".

With regard to the prices I was wrong. Di Marni itself is cheaper.

But Charlotte-Luxury said that it's possible to ship the shoes from Ukraine to Spain and from Spain to my place. That does cost extra of course, but that would avoid high customs duties. When I add the customs fees to Di Marnis's total amount, Charlotte-Luxury's price including shipping to my place is cheaper.

He told me that he had to remove the online-store from the site because of delivery problems.

I asked him if he will re-open it one day, but as you know he doesn't reply often.

PS: Rosa-Shoes has very similar styles. I'm just wondering who produces their shoes.

When I'm not wrong they're cheaper than Di Marni itself and they ship from Spain (so no customs fees). Two positive factors to order.

What do you think (authenticity) ?

That guy who runs 'Sky-Scrapers' told me that Leatherworks is producing shoes for him and for another trader only. Does anyone know who the other trader is? Thanks.
