Me, my favorite high heels are my 4 inches Transit ankle strap.
Too much confortable!

I didn't have a big high heels collection. I'm also a student to try to live without having money problems, but, when I have the opportunity, I like to purchase a pair to add in my collection.
The first pumps I got are purchased at the Le Chateau store. Size 8US, 4 inches, block heels. I really love them! But, it doesn't fit me perfectly

The second one, purchase for 2$ at the Yellow shoes store. They were confortable, but now, they looks.....pretty ugly since I ....abused them...

My latest high heels, 3 inches, from Transit. I really love them. They are son confortable to wear. With pantyhose/stocking, they are really beautiful. When I have the opportunity, I always wear them. But, now, I don't plan to go outside with them and NO way to abuse them.

Hum....those high heels looks like brazil model (i'm not sure)... You can found them and purchase them easily in a specialized high heels store or ebay, but....the toes part is more pointed than the brazil one...

4 inches and below, I can do it in a short distance, but if the heels is larger (not pin ones), I can run normally but, after a while, my ankles hurts a lot

After searching for 5 minutes in the Internet Movie Database, I finally found the title of that vampire movie that you can see many scenes with high heels.
The title is : Innocent blood (or the French Vampire In America) by John Landis.

I purchased on Ebay the DVD : Red Shoe Diaries. I watched the movie and I can officially say that this movie is made for high heels lovers! They contains many scenes where the main actress wear Kenneth Coles 3-4 inches red pumps. They containt a wide range of scene with heels : - Shoes shop, where the actress purchase the red pumps - A scene where the actress slip on the floor with those high heels. A MUST SEE SCENE - etc..etc..etc... You must watch / buy this movie. You'll not regret it!

Me, I really like to wear pantyhose. The feeling is absolutelty great. I'm very confortable to wear that. But, stockings, I prefer to leave that to my girlfriend. She cannot support the pant on her. She hates that. I really enjoy watching my girlfriend wearing stocking. But on me, I don't have the same feeling. I prefer pantyhose, the DIM brand.

I agree with most of answers written here. If coworkers ask why your wear high heels, high heels boots or whatever, say the "truth". Don't invent medical reasons or an evasion answer. Just tell them that you like to wear high heels and you are confortable in it. That's it
Probably that some of them will laugh at you, then you can reply something like this :
"Do you try to wear high heels only ONCE? If you answer is no, before laughing at me, try a pair and after that, we could talk about wearing high heels! Ok?"
That kind of reply make people to shut up before saying anything without the experience/knowledge.
Some guy will support you to continue. Other will discourage you or even insult you, but just ignore them. They don't know what they miss!!!!!!!!!!!!

hhds : Putting copyright materials on your website could force you to close your website (by autorities menaces) and/or having problem with the justice. You put many efforts to create, build and maintain your website, creating videos and it's normal that you don't want to shut down your website. So, I can understand your point of view
To return in the main subject,
putting high heels extracts videos on a peer to peer network or putting the video on a server (hosting) is really unsafe. Actually, all movies companies fights against piracy in any kind of way. So, my point of view about this is : don't post movie (In my case, I'm working in the movie/video industries and I totally understand the point).
I know is frustrating that you'll be not able to share the extract, but its better like this!

Few years ago (in 1990s....) I watch a vampire movie where a woman (the main actress that I don't remember her name) vampire wears black velvet high heels (about 4 inches, with silver soles, I think). I can descripe a scene where the woman vampire run with her high heels in a street (or in a roof). A man found the missing heels and call the vampire. He puts the high heels gently in her foot (Wonderful scene)... She always wear those beautiful black velvet high heels. Someone remember the title of that movie? Thank you Dimp

This is a complicated topic. The law may vary depend on the country you live. Normally, an extract of a movie, if not used for a buisness purpose, you can make it available only if you specify the title, source and the copyright (owner of the movie of course). while displaying it. But I'm not totally sure of this!
