  1. well, I've had that happen a few times to myself, thighbootguy I dont know if they really do NOT see what your wearing on your feet,or if they are POLITE and DO see it very well & just PRETEND as if they didnt!! :D its just one of those things that (@ least for me) makes me wonder!

  2. I usually can do it with the pairs of boots that I do have, which are 4-5inches on the heels (they are mostly platform styles, execept the pair that I'm wearing right now (dark tan knee high boots from NINE WEST with 4 inch BLADE HEELS,)with my skinny black tight pants(faded glory brand) tucked onto them, red t shirt- I do have some black ultra high platform sandals that are strangly "tricky' as it were to go DOWN stairs in, but on the UP direction they atually HELP me get up faster, if you can beleive it! :D (these are DEMONI brand by the way.

  3. somehow my posts as of late last night got wiped out or otherwise never got to this forum here (this thread I mean) but I wanted to tell you jimc, I love your thighboots, I'd wear them just the same way as you do-all in black, hence my name-TUCKED IN TO BOOTS!! & I do love to wear all black as well- it looks good on you as well!! :D

  4. well jimc, I really love those boots on you, they look GOOD!! :D thats the way I would wear them if I had the same color, since I love to wear all black anyways! (check out my screen name on the forum here to know just what I mean as to just how boots should be worn, you & I are of the very same mind!)

  5. im wearing my blade heel boots with skinny black pants tucked into them with grey long sleve thermal shirt as I type this reponse!! yeah thats the stupid teens for you, all of them seem to be clones!!! :D as to myself, I could really care LESS what any teens may think (unless it is positive ofcourse, along side the verbal reponse that is same) as Ive said before in here I really do not CARE if ANY one calls me "gayboy" "faggot" or the like-cause thats what the hell I am!! (& damn proud of it too, just like my boots that I wear as well!!) gee wiz folks life is just too short to care about what the world may think of your clothes fashion tast, from boots to earings to what ever!!

  6. I'm with you micha! :D I love the heels that I have (not that many but a few @ least) but I do need to wear some thicker socks the next time I wear my blade heel boots though, my feet had been a little too tender after all day in them because I had on thin hose instead of the thicker socks that I usually wear with them!

  7. you know, that must be the origin of the so called "gay connection" thing with some people, in that the idea of the heels in the 1st place is to attract the OPPISITE sex, & so if a man wears them then he "MUST" be gay!! :D since it IS the FEMALE that is "supposed" to WEAR them!! (talk about strange behavior in humans) it does seem to turn some people's world upside down when this kind of thing comes in to THEIR world-you know it is after all only BOOTS!! (somthing to cover the human foot) perceptions of others can vary, but this is the way people are taught to think. (not logically about the REAL world, only that of their PARENTS) it is indeed mind boggling (to me @ least) how the evolution of heeled footwear went from MEN to WOMEN, & now it seems that this kind of footwear has ALWAYS been for women, (not true) when in fact is STARTED out as MENS wear!!! & when I (& you others no dought) can attest, the MENS shoe dept do NOT change EVER!!! :x but you look @ the WOMENS dept is footwear, & well my goodness theres MANY choices of styles in there!! there is NO logic to this @ all!!

  8. well, I think that the over-all mentality of the so called "moral majority" is somewhat "lacking" in imaginative thinking-I use this term very loosely as it seems that our country is being RUN by a bunch of political & social morons that are setting very poor examples to the rest of the country (& the rest of the whole world for that matter) & all this over the fact that some jerk sends someone home from school because he cant even tell the difference between a skirt or a kilt (that alone is so STUPID, not to mention the fact he didnt even think to ASK why it was being worn or if in fact it WAS a skirt OR a kilt) with the kind of idiots running the country now it all kind of figures now doesnt it!!?? :D

  9. well, thats just about sums it folks!! I am single (in fact I'm GAY btw) but I wear heels because I LIKE them on me!! which goes to prove (to those with some brains) that not all men who wear heels ARE gay, & that in turn means not all men who are GAY wear heels & I am in fact gay myself, but NOT because I like to wear heels! (theres that stereotyping again for you) I've found that not all people even LOOK @ my footwear, while with some people thats the 1st thing that they seem to look @!! (& NOTHING else for some strange reason) I just go about my OWN affairs & dont really have time to wonder what all those people that SEE my heels are thinkng about, life is WAY too short for that kind of stuff :D

  10. thats just what I was refering to shafted, I think that lady's boots were becoming unsafe to walk in by the way they looked, wobbling the way they were- they could not have been that comfotable to walk in, & I'll just bet that she was sorry that she WAS wearing them that day by time she had gotten home if she WAS aware of the problem with the boots in question! :D

  11. well, your right about THAT-its really hard to say WHY the lady's boots in question were wobbling, but that (@least) caught my attention just as I was walking up on the 2nd level & she are her S.O walking past me they WERE nice boots too, but for myself I have a pair of blade heel knee high boots from NINE WEST that I had bought @ NORDSTROMS (located in the mall) a few years ago & they are VERY stable & quite comfotable to wear (only in public do I like to wear those with long pants OVER them, as I think they look better that way while in public, but I'll wear them with cut off jeans around my house!! :D )

  12. today when I got to the shops @ mission viejo (formally known as the mission viejo mall), I just notice a women that walked past me wearing tight jeans tucked into knee high boots with a 3 half inch heels & saw that her boot heels were very unstable - sort of wobbly in their motion, they were in fact stiletto heels & did not seem all that sturdy-has anyone had that kind of problem with their heels, esp. with boots?

  13. well, that just about sums it up wineanddine! I feel that in America (@ least) people are somewhat "socially retarded" in that way & in others as well (like why is Europe making gay marrage legal whereas in the "free" country of the USA is such a controversy?!!) ;) not very open if you ask me, with so-called freedoms if this is what you have to look forward to while living in the US!

  14. well, I'd say that those "tradtional values coalition" idiots are as dumb as they get, to even THINK about lumping gays along freestyling dress choices! I just HAPPEN to be gay, & that I just HAPPEN to like wearing heeled boots, but these morons think that all men who wear heels ARE gay, & that ALL gays wear heels!! I mean to say GIVE ME A BREAK!! ;) of all the stupid ideas, telling others that this is ALWAYS the case, where as it has been pointed out in this forum that MOST gays would NEVER think of wearing heels or ANY kind of cross dressing for that matter! just goes to show the level of ignorance out there in the general public (nurtured by these stupid TVC people to a large exent) I could have just well BEEN straight and STILL love to wear heeled boots, but gee folks, I'm NOT!! proud to wear heels AND be gay!! (listen up you poor sheep out there- one does NOT equal the other in this case-I am the EXEPTION to the rule)

  15. love those black boots you have there! (I'm @ the moment wearing my tan knee high blade heel boots by NINE WEST,under my blue boot-cut levis that are hip-hugger style & black Y-back tank top) I am also wearing these "foot mittens" type socks, but just now found out that the left one already seems to have a hole in it! these are the kind like the name says, where you have to put them on like mittens- a toe @ a time! I'll get some others if these start to wear out more. (they only cost me about $3.00 @ WALMART, I would guess that you do get what you PAY for in this case, but even though there should NOT be a small hole on the very 1st attempt in WEARING them!! :x) but it's really not that big of a deal anyways! yours, Brad

  16. Hi there micha! I agree with you fully on this! (but I have womens Sz 9-mens Sz 7 so I almost NEVER have a problem for myself) I am so lucky that I have smaller feet than most men, I think it was a sign that I fit much better in womens styles as a whole & I agree in the the fact that so-called "mens" styles are boring a thousands times over!! (to give you a hint,I mean to say NO imaginaion in MENS footwear WHATSOEVER!) its a bummer when a guy has larger feet & wants to wear womens footwear but is never sure how high the sizes go up to.

  17. well, where I live has rather "steep" hills as it were (maybe somewhat like England-UK) but while I cant vouch for the general ease of walking in heels on some of THOSE hills, I can say (with certain knowlege) that walking where I live here in Laguna Niguel (south Orange county, CA) is very HARD in heels for me (I know cause I dont drive nor even have a car so I need walk to get around, taking the bus mostly) I can imagine that where most of you guys in UK dont try to walk in steep hills, I HAVE to wear sneakers (trainers for you brits) otherwise my poor feet will REALLY let me know later!! around the house or on level ground is only where I CAN wear my heels, my highest are black mega platform sandals around 6 inches (mostly good FOR around the house! ) then the next highest are Steve Madden with 5 inch wedge heels THEN, Nine West knee high boots with 4 inch blade heels! (they are VERY comfy btw!!)

  18. tha's my view as well- I've gotten those "looks" before & I could really care less!! I figure that life on this planet (or ANY other in this universe for that matter) is WAY too short to spend one millisecond wondering WHY!!?? I dont know them (strangers) they dont know ME, therefore I do NOT have to answer to them, now DO I!??

  19. well, I'm only 5-7 (without heels) but when I wear my black demonia platform sandals I'm about 6 inches taller! I also have the good luck of having a womens size 9/mens size 7,so I always can find my correct fit.

  20. well I've NEVER known why men ARE called gay just because they like to wear womens boots! :P (I do & I am in fact GAY by the way) :P but NOT because of the fact that I am gay I do wear womens boots! because like so many of you out there, I LOVE the style, the fit, the over-all feeling of the boots on my feet & I just HAPPEN to be gay (but I could have just well have been str8 too) whenever I hear anyone say (behind my back maybe) "oh look, that guys wearing womens boots- hes gay!!" I need to consider the source (as my grandma used to say) & then just go right along my merry way!! :D
