Bill - Easy peasy! It's all in the mind..... Butt in. Legs forward and off you go!

Ha ha.. See - I've always said - Women always know!

Looks like my gut feeling was right... Small feet rule!
-
Looks like everyone agrees with me... Well... nearly everyone.

For the record I have just come back from a busiess trip and forgot to pack my comfy shoes and some of my clothes for that matter... What it meant was 3 full days in my high heels (which were not the most easy to wear for 3 days... Ouch!).... BTW they were (I think...) 4-5 inchers. Another ouch.

I've been invited to a 'vertical' party in 3 weeks time - a party with a theme of everything being vertical. I thought it could be fun to find some super vertical/high (and uncomfortable!) shoes. The ones worn here (by Lady , which are only in metal I think, would be perfect as they are so different (and party like) and fun. Any ideas where I could find such a pair? Even if they were for loan/hire?

Those are great shoes. Love 'em. The model has small enough feet for the arch of the shoes to really be steep. Must be a nightmare walking in those for her. Thanks for the post.

I take my hat off to her. I've also never seen anyone in heels like that. Incredible. Would love to see more pictures. Where are they from? Can we see more?
-
That Lady B picture can't be for real. I don't think you could wear heels that high and thin. Incredible shoes!!
-
Interesting to see the shape of the bones of the feet when elevated in heels though. Hey?
-
I thought you might all appreciate this video - shows you the how the foot looks via Xray when wearing heels. Interesting....

Call me boring and practical but why????? WHY would you want steel shoes? Surely they can't be comfortable? and they look so weird!! Another why?
-
Are those super super arch heels for real? Surely you can't wear those. Never seen anything like it!!! Wow!

4 days (last month when I flew to the UK and had my suitcase go missing from the flight). Was stuck in my damn 5 inch heels (with high arch!!!) for four days. Still in pain!!!!!

Ellen-Jay, the posts from Candi are old (the pictures she includes are no longer linked to her website, which indicates these are old. Anyhone know what's happend to Candi?
-
Just a quick question for you all: Any idea what ever happend to Candi? (ie. www.candiheels.com) - her site has been dead for a while!

What about changing the style and height of heel you wear on a daily basis? We all know how bad it is to wear the same height every day!

Aaaaagh! What a wierd concept!

If that's a "fanny pelmet" - what is this one:

Hi Dawn - I think you will find there is an optical illusion there in the pic. The heel is in fact not bending so much. It is the very soft carpet which lets the heel sink low into it which creates that illusion. Glad it amused you though.
High Surprise:-)
Thanks for the additional pic of a pair of black 7" heels, and you are right, they did amuse me. The heels sure aren't too sturdy as they head towards the undersole of the shoe when weight is applied when wearing them. BTW---Sure is an extremely short skirt, although I do like the design of it. Cheers---

I really like that look of shoe. Not something you see much of in the UK!

Perfect timing for writing this as I have just got in the house back from the office and slipped over on to my back. Those 5.5 inchers didn't work for me on the icy pavements of London. Ouch! I suggest anyone trying heels on snow is careful. Contrary to what I have always thought, beware. Another ouch! Worst of all... I broke my heel I think... (another ouch!)
