I can recommend you some 4 or 6 inches AV heels, mine came in the other day and feel really good so far. But anyway you should consider leather for comfort, especially when you are buying 5"-6" and higher heels...:)
I'd never even heard of AV Heels until seeing your post. Their shoes are gorgeous! How are you finding them? Good quality, comfort? They're not outrageous for really nice stilettos.

Aliexpress is legitimate. I've ordered about 8 different pairs from the site from 6 or 7 different sellers.
How have you found sizing and quality from Aliexpress? Are you ordering platforms or stilettos? (Apologies if you've mentioned this elsewhere!)
-
Sorry, didn't realise I had replies!
I don't think the first pair are peep toe, and the arch elevation looks a bit more than UK high street styles of that height, which tend to be 7"/3" platform, whereas this looks like a bit more of an angle.
The first pair, as spotted by freestyle75, are Miu Miu.
Thanks for having a think.
Are the red ones peep toe?
Both styles look like the sort of thing you see on any high street in the country, UK that is.
Nice job on the detective work! I'll have to remember that trick.
I've still no idea on the first.
Thanks very much!
The yellow ones are Miu Miu peep toe Mary Jane platform pumps (2013), link here.
Found by downloading your pic, then open google, click on "picture search", either upload the picture you already got or paste a link to the picture.
In one of the links, you could spot that it was Miu Miu.
Don't have a clue about the first one though.

Hello all. Does anyone have any idea what brand these are? They aren't ringing a bell. http://on.fb.me/1p2620m
Thanks!
Actually, I wouldn't mind help identifying these either:
-
Has anyone bought anything from www.7heel.com? They have a gorgeous selection of stilettos and platform heels that are higher than the usual 'four inch heel, add platform'. They say they're from Singapore, but they're probably Chinese. Anything anyone knows would be helpful as I cannot find anything online about them. I'm currently crushing on the attached pair along with a number of others.

Either the 3314 or the boots. Both are gorgeous stilettos (enough that I went on the website to search for them for myself!).
-
I can't say whether the designer-end shoes are comfortable, but I own A LOT (dozens) of Aldos and the comfort level ranges quite a bit. It's not even as if all the platforms are more comfortable and the stilettos are not, but kind of at random.

I think she means cutting the side of the toenail off at an angle as far down the side as you can (so as to cut out the infection). It's essentially what I was getting it. It really helped for me. The sandals should help too!

I feel your pain! While I was a teenager I had really bad ingrown toenails from nutritional issues. One of them had to be fixed by surgery (but trust me, it had developed into much worse than you have right now, though I know it is still painful), but the other was just cut really far back one time and grew back correctly. If you were able to cut out all the infection, it should grow back correctly since it was caused by the poor trim (she should know better!) and not from anything else. I imagine it's really hard on you since you can't switch to flats and it's too cold for sandals. Hope it feels better really soon.

Oh my gosh! These are so gorgeous! Did you make these like the others? I want a pair of these too!

I don't have the Prince, but I do have the 652-Juliet in black and in white. In size 8 they are 7 inches with a 2inch platform and look MUCH less stripper-y in person. They actually look really cute with a summer dress, though I would not wear them for work or a dressy event. They are very stable and pretty easy to walk in. I'm actually planning on getting them in red, and I was thinking about the Prince style as well, but I have other more expensive platform pumps in black, though not quite as tall. I have seen varying descriptions on the height, but mine are exactly seven inches.
-
How do you like the quality and feel of them? Do you think they are worth the price? It is so hard to find high quality six inch heels. This pair is from Elite-heels.
Thank you for the quick reply and the beautiful picture-it makes me want a pair myself even more!

Those are GORGEOUS! What brand are they and where did you get them? I want a pair!

I'm glad this worked out in the best possible way: new shoes and no more worry about your boss! It was very thoughtful of her to send shoes along to you.

They changed their name a couple years ago from something similar (AMI Shoes, or something) and I had an order of several shoes shortly before the name change. They ran true-to-size and the quality was fine as far as wear. None of those pairs have been worn very often, so I do not know how long they last. All of them looked more expensive than their prices and, while the faux patent on several did not look as good as high end, it was much better than most imitation patent. The faux leather was average in imitation quality. They shipped quite quickly and do sometimes send out vouchers. I was actually just thinking yesterday of ordering some more from them.
As to 5.5 inch Platform Pumps-I have a lot of heels like that, so I think they're fabulous! I do remember seeing occasionally that they run to size 11, but most pairs do not. Hope this helps!

Its handmade shoes
I assume this means you had them made locally rather than by contacting a website? They're amazing!

These are gorgeous and you look lovely in them!! Are they Elite? I really want both pairs! Brand and style would be really helpful! =)Awesome colour :-) (a.jpg)

Wow, these are GORGEOUS! Where did you get them? Some photos of new extreme 10 inch heels

Looks like they really have not yet come to fruition. Thanks for the links.

For the past few years I have been seeing articles saying that Christian Louboutin will be making eight inch heels, but I can never find any upon doing a web search. Does anyone know more about this?
-
These shoes are similar-could anyone point me in the right direction to where to purchase these?

(And if anyone has another lead on the previous shoes posted, that would be great!) Thanks!

I recently came across a gorgeous pair of seven inch heels with no brand stamped on the shoe or written on the sole. There are no distinguishing characteristics except, confusingly, the number 9 on the sole of a pair of shoes which, as a size 8 foot, were far too small.
I am selling them on Ebay (I have a post detailing those shoes on the High Heels for Sale Forum), but I was wondering whether anyone could identify the brand so I could buy a pair that actually fit me. I have attempted to upload pictures to this post, but if they do not work, here is the link to the item for sale.
Any help would be much appreciated, even if it is just to point me to another retailer that has a pair of shoes like this. I have looked at Elite Heels and La Piazza and cannot find anything all that close, so if you know, it would make me very happy!

Are these Elite Heels? I want a pair!

Thank you, that was really thorough and helpful! I just found your post on another threat about yours-I take it that they will only last with light wear?
Shops for Heels in Los Angeles
in For Everybody
Posted
I've searched the site and only found an old thread that discussed shops for heels in L.A. I know about all the shops in Hollywood like Maya and such, but are there any shops that offer handmade or high quality heels that aren't aimed at strippers but are just well-made shoes with taller heels than normal. I don't seem to be able to turn anything up on the web or here, but I know in London we have several like this. Thanks!
