Any comments from others about the high heel Mules, Springolators ?

Thanks for the Federick's catalog.  Those five inch heels, narrow, opened toes, backless are so sexy.  Wish they would bring them back once again.

Does anyone still remember the opened toe, backless high heels back in the 50s and 60s and perhaps in the 70s?

Hi, Would like to make friends with males/ females who used to adore those high heels, opened toes, backless shoes called- Springolators. These were worn back in the late 50s, 60s, and some in the early 70s. Love to share stories, interests, and what a big turn on these shoes were. Thanks, Frank

:winkiss:Hi. My Mom wore these in the early sixtys, and when I was twelve I started to sneak her clothes and learned to wear heels with her SpringOlaters. She caught me but didn't get freaked about it at all. In fact, she thought it was cute and bought me my first pair in black leather. I never looked back. I was allowed if not encouraged to share her wardrobe to some extent and had very happy teen years. I've worn womens clothes ever since high school and wore heels much of the time, but the spring o lators were my favorites. Just really fun to wear. I really miss their passing, since I'm retired and now live as a woman.

I picked up a vintage shoes recently- Springolators- opened toes- high heels, backless- famous back in the 50s , 60s, and 70s. What is missing would be the ladies who wore them. It is so sexy so see this kind of shoes made. Soft and gentle. Any guys who used to see this type of footwear ?

I agree with you- the higher the better. Makes the legs even sharper. Those were the good old days of checking ladies out.

I am about the same age as you. I love springolators- it was a huge turn on for me. Cougars were the best ! The older the better and sexier. LOL. Lets compare notes. I really missed those springolators- five inch heels, opened toes, and backless killers. frank
