I don't want to disgress or anything, but I wonder what was it like in the seventies? More men did wear heels, no? How was it like?

Indeed, since i'm 5'6. Most men are taller than me and lots of women too.

My height is indeed one of the reason why I like to wear heels!

Agreed. Women's flats are often quite cute but I do prefer at least a minimum heel... be it blocky or not.

Nope, not at all Jeremy, i'm 5'6 or so, and wear a size 10. Both pairs I tried fitted quite right immediately.

Hi fellow lovers of heels!

I just went to a shoe store called Chaussures Gaia, here in Trois-Rivières (Québec).

There was no one in store except the lady, who gave a courteous service.

It was the first time that I shopped for heels (for myself), trying them on while in store - isn't that we do when we buy 'normal' shoes?

I was wearing my Steve Madden booties, which makes it only a few times i've heeled out, and bought these boots :

I'm also at 5'6, and for me the added height feels good. I don't know why but that's how it is for me.
