Hello Busmanbob, Just a note to let you know that I am still here. Been busy at work, I now have weekends off. Our plant has had its lay offs of workers recently, and I guess I can count my blessings that I still have my job. Though that could change. How are you?

Hello from Southwest Ohio, USA. Some reason I found that I am compelled to say a few words that may be helpful. I had similar experience wearing high heels into a shoe store here in the states. A very young girl saw me in heels and started giggling and walked into a corner. Though I did nothing to draw attention, she just kept giggling. I stood there and looked into her eyes and smiled back. Two weeks later I came in again. The giggle subsided. Now I was getting looks at my heels I was wearing. Two weeks later, I visited again. Now it was up to her or me. I decided to befriend her. I then striked up a conversation with her about high heels. It takes time and patience to befriend a stranger and it is worth the trouble. Don't let giggles upset you. Be careful of the laughs and scorns. These take a different approach, but you can achieve the objective of wearing heels in public. I have been wearing heels since 1967.

My shoe size range in a woman size 12 medium, mens size 10.5-11. The womans footwear is as follow: Boots: 4-pair of 3" spike heel, 4-pair of 4" spike heel , 2-pair of 5" spike heel. Clogs: I have 1 pair of 3" heel 1 pair of 4" heel and several pairs of low heels. Sandals: 1- pair of 3" heel and 1-pair of 5" heel. Boots come from Snaz75.com (Pleasers). The clogs where some were purchased while I was living in Germany and the sandals I purchased online from the German store Fusaro shoes in Munich. As to the mens boots, they were all custom measured boots to fit the measurement of my feet and legs. They came from Western Ranch Boot Company in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. I had several knee boots made in 3" heels and no platforms. 4" heels with 1" platforms. 5" heel with 1" platform. Have I helped you in your question?
