I don't want to be the party pooper, so sorry Selina, no offense intended, but her story does kinda feel like something that gets posted at BDSM fanfic sites. I've read that kind of story so often it makes me go is this for real?
Well, you are the one reading those

Many of us read it in the Women's forum, but we have been burned by posting over there. You were brave to go to work that way. A long day in ballets does not sound like fun. (I noticed you only did it once.)
Is a corset a normal part of your attire or added only for that day?
For me its like wearing my Victoria's Secret stilettos all day. They are fine for 3-4 hours, but at hour 10 they aren't so much fun.
Yes, I have worn corsets for the last 10 years (since I was 17).

Hi all , hope you're doing well
Recently our office implemented a standing desk policy, and all desks were changed to standing ones. As an avid high heels wearer, this was a detrimental change, but I decided to protest even with the expense of my foot health :D.
I decided to wear ballet heels to work, both as a challenge to myself and also as a protest against the policy which the office manager clearly had aimed against me (she is very masculine herself). It was interesting to say the least
I chose my trusty locking knee length boots, which have a very pronounced arch to support long term standing (similar to these). As my husband was locking them before I left for work, I was a little terrified about what it would be like. I had worn ballets outside many times, but never alone and never to work. I knew that I would spend much of the day standing, so I had carefully padded the toes before putting them on. Then I (my hubby) tightened the laces as tight as possible, since they would loosen during the day, and it would be hard for me to retighten them in my s-bend corset that I had chosen for the day, to make my figure sufficient for my custom-made blazer with a 18-inch waistline. I also wore some stockings under the boots, but decided not to wear hobble skirt, since the ballets were difficult enough on their own. Instead, I opted for a simple pleated skirt going mid-thigh.
When I sat down in the train, I realised my first mistake. Because of the ballet heels, my knees were above my crotch, which made the eyes of the opposing (male) passenger very fixated between my legs. I quickly realised my mistake, and turned my legs to the side (like a proper lady). The ballet boots gathered quite a lot of looks, but luckily I didn't get any comments about them.
The walk from the train station to my office went as uneventfully as the previous one. I walked as fast as my corset-limited breathing capacity and the shoes allowed, but the walk still took ten minutes more than usual. Once at the office, I went to my desk and adjusted the height about 4 cm upwards to compensate the difference between my normal heel height. "Okay", I thought. "The grind has begun."
The first couple hours went really well considering the circumstances, and one of my female coworkers (a heels enthusiast too) even complemented my shoe choice, and hoped me well. For a long time I could ignore the ever-increasing burn by concentrating intensely on my tasks, but around lunch time the pain had gotten to the point where I couldn't ignore it anymore. Relief came in the break room, where someone had generously left one chair that was luckily unused. My lunch break is short – only fifteen minutes – which meant that after my time was up I had to get back to my desk. After about an hour the pain was again quite bad, and I decided to use one of the many tricks I have learned over the years on how to alleviate discomfort caused by one's outfit.
I went to the bathroom, and tightened my corset by an inch, leaving it at 17". I also made the shoulder straps go as tight as I could, which pushed my breasts forward even more. This left me a little light-headed, and made wearing the corset be an agony. However, it also changed the main source of discomfort making me "forget" about my shoes and able to bear the remaining hours. Of course, this relief was very temporary in its nature, and once the time came to leave for home, the discomfort was horrible. Luckily I was used to dealing with these kinds of ordeals, as BDSM play had thickened my skin quite a lot. The walk to the train station eased the pain somewhat, but I was still very glad to get home, and get my hubby (love ya hun❤️) to unlock my shoes. (the corset was left on, even tightened a little)
I assure you, rest of the evening was spent cuddling on the sofa, while he massaged and stretched my feet thoroughly. A well-deserved reward after a long day, although it still would have helped if my corset had been a little looser ;=)
As an experience, it was definitely quite fun, but I still wouldn't wear ballet heels and a little-too-short skirt on public again

And there's nothing wrong with it....I'm a teacher and wear them as well with no issue, complaints etc....in fact it fit my figure and my personality
You are very right :D. Do your days include standing a lot if you are a teacher?

In my opinion they go perfectly hand to hand – in a hobble skirt you will be walking on your tiptoes anyway.
I have been wearing tight skirts and heels to office for years Pair that with a corset, and all sales seem to go through much easier

Hi Selina.
I think it is because we are not many ladies here, but i am happy to see that you are a fan of extreme heels:)
Nice to meet you!
You seem to like extreme heels as well :).

Hello everyone!
My name is Selina, I'm a 29-year-old woman, and I live in Southern Finland. I work in a software company as a full-time job. I love photographing and making music (although I'm not particularily good at it :D)
In high school I began to discover myself and my fetishes. For some reason, I found that wearing impractical clothes turned (and still turn) me on quite a bit, and since then, the only footwear that I have worn (apart from exercising) has been high heels.
Because I like their impracticality, I always have worn heels as high as possible, and without platforms (a perfect height for me is a one where I can barely walk in them). Initally, I started with about 6 cm in high school, and currently I'm wearing some 16 cm pumps at work (I'm writing this on my lunch hour).
I also practise tightlacing, my waist being around 55 cm.
I've always wondered why someone (mostly other women) would bother themselves with telling me that being feminine and wearing high heels is wrong etc. For example, once I was riding a subway (before the whole COVID) while wearing a fairly short and demanding skirt, paired with some office pumps. Suddenly a lady sat in right next to me and said how she's disgusted that I reinforce the patriarchate with my appearance and I'm a bad role model to my kids and so on. Guess how nice that was...
I'm so glad to meet with y'all – I really hope that here my tastes won't be judged like in real life.
