  1. Now when I have seen girls in 3" heels they look just right but 4" heels just look Super sexy and command that extra attension. Now when it comes to men wearing heels do you find we have to go for a higher heel to even out the extra lengh of the shoe? What I mean is a Girls high heel shoe in size 3-6 with a 3" heel looks right but a Mens high heel shoe in size 8-9 with a 3" heel looks low. Do people agree with that or do you tend to go for the higher heel for that extra something?

  2. Its a tuff one, as its easy to say "Oh I don't care what other people think..." but sometimes its not just us/ourselves we have to think about. Sometimes family and friends can be put in a hard position by someone being so truethfull and open. You shouldn't lie to yourself or contain what and who you are but also take into to account what close ones will not only feel but how other people will look at them. If it is Black or White it does make things alot harder, in most of the West we haven't had this stronger Black or White for sometime and sometimes its easy to forget  Not sure thats much help but worth getting in the open

  3. That was way back on the 22nd of August. I was having a very bad day back then and it was a stupid post. Just ignore it, have been really great since then thanks to this forum. Hope to have a new pair of shoes arrive soon. Cant wait

We all have our down days, I find them days are always lifted by wearing my highest heels... Im sure your no different

Look forward to seeing more pics

  4. Straight but enjoy going to gay clubs for the freedom of expression there. Always with the wife though...

Married, have kids, love motorsports and electronic gadgetry, ride motorcycles, love mudding, turn wrenches, play with power tools, and work more than I would like...typical Male...With the exception of wearing heels

The struggle for self-identy was long and hard but the overall success of finding out who I am and the realizatoin that I CAN wear heels as a man were well worth the struggle! (Now if I could just shed these extra pounds!!)

    I couldn't agree more!

If you was to meet me on the street you'd say look at that bloke, he's a real bloky bloke. He's got a intrest in cars, motorsport, computers and getting dirty (muddy not lude lol) and there I am with my little secret I love to wear womens shoes and sometimes alittle more.

and I'm totally comfortable with it, I don't see it as a dirty little secret just its not as easy as saying I like cars etc as its the way other people take it, if people where more open and understanding about peoples personal choices I'm sure we would all be able to walk down the street with our heads high and our heels higher

I wouldn't say Im openly Bi but I like to keep an open mind about things and wouldn't shy away from something unless I was really uncomfortable about it

  5. Be sure you tell her sooner rather than later. Giver her the opportunity to "think it over" before she decides that you're a keeper (not that you aren't anyway  )

She knows I have a passion for heels as we buy her heels together and we both really enjoy it, I've dropped hints but I think at the moment she just feels its my intrest in heel women rather than wearing them myself

  6. my girlfriend bought me my first pair , i don't think i am ready to go out to shop yet...

Id love to be able to shop together for heels with my girlfriend for the both of us but as I haven't broken the ice yet I just have to get the buzz out of shoe shopping for her

Although a friends partner was very understanding when I spoke to her about it, I think it was less of a risk for me to tell a friend than my girlfriend which helped I think alot - I've dropped hints but Im working up to it lol

  7. Height is nice but higher the heel doesn't make the better looking shoe imo Id rather have a very attractive or sexy 3" shoe over a unattractive 6" shoe. But get the looks and the heel right and you can't go wrong

  8. Hi and welcome to HH Place, enjoy your stay The best way to break in not only a new pair of shoes but your feet as well to heels is to try on as many pairs as you can in a self service style shop, try and sick to a sub 3" heel to start with. Then when your at home even just sitting watching TV or on the computer wear them, work up from 10mins to 15mins to 30mins then to a hour, before you know it your will not only have broken in the shoes but also given your feet a chance to get the feel of a heeled shoe. Only once you have broken the hour try doing a short outing in them, don't forget to a comfortable pair in a bag just incase  Things like 'party feet' which are like gel soles you can get for heels to make your feet more comfortable, there are plenty of things on the maket to help you. Before you know it your be wearing a sexy pair or 3" heels and be dancing the night away in them

  9. Has been an excellent confidence boost as haven't got the courage at all to go to somewhere like Faith or somewhere like that.

    lol

Couldn't agree more, Id love to be able to walk in to a nice high street womens shoe shop and say "The Black Courts in the window, the £50 ones, do you have them in a sie 9?"

Im not sure who would be more embrashed  me or the assisdant lol

  10. Great story! What sort of heels are you into? I love stilettoes usually courts above 5 inch.

Well when I was growing up I tended to go for the styles that the girls my age wore so in the mid 90's that would have been attractive heels both strappy and court in style in pastle colours, but as I have grown up I find Im split between the 'Proffesional Working Girl' look of sexy and powerful 4" courts and pumps but also classy and sexy "Fun" sandles and open shoes in classic colours like Black, Red and the classy Essexy White.

Although I haven't got a pair I have promisied myself a pair of White Stilettoes for that classic Essex look lol

  11. For me I started wearing heels in my teens and a very understanding Nan bought my first heels from a catalouge, but the first time I bought my own heels in a shop I was soooo embrashed I ended up in a shop that you just pick up the shoe from your size section rather than needing to ask for your shoe in your size lol How did you buy your first shoe and how did you pluck up the courage to ask a female clerk for a womens shoe and did you try it on it front of them?

  12. Like most clothing sizing vares from lable to lable and clearly the style of the shoe effects the fitting. Plus some shoes that are tight at first can losen up over time and become very comfortable intime. I have a pair of pointed toe courts that when I bought where very tight around the front but over time they seem to break in and are very comfortable. Im sure any strappy sandles will leave some strap marks if they have been on for a while but if they are really digging in then maybe the next size up might be worth looking into

  13. Looking back I cant say for sure what attracted me towards high heels in the first place, my Mum never wore heels over 2" and my older sister moved out when I was quite young and she never seemed to wear heels either. But I can always remember being drawn towards women in high heels and before long I was looking through mail order cataloges wishing I could just ask someone to buy me a pair. At weekends Id always spend the whole weekend with my Nan and we where and are still very close, and what with her being a agent for a cataloge I said to here one Friday nite "Nan, can I order a pair of shoes out of your book?" so she said "Of course darling, show me the ones you want and I'll order them". So I sat next to her with the book and opened it to the page I'd marked and pointed out the ones I wanted... "But these are the girls shoes sweet heart, this is the wrong page" she said. I slowly explained that I wanted to see what they where like and that it was hard to explain why, but she smiled and said she understood and that she would order them the next morning for me  So the next weekend we get to her house as she would pick me up from school and take me from East London to South London, "I think your shoes have come, I haven't opened them I thought you'd want to open them yourself" and smiled. So, still in my school uniform I ran upstairs with my package and opened them to find the very same shoes Id picked out... ... A Baby Pink pair of open-toe courts with a 3" heel. The feeling of the heel and the openiss of the shoe was just amazing and I spent the rest of the evening posing in the mirror and learning to walk in at the time where very very high heels lol Time past and the pink courts where outgrown and replaced with others over the years and as I grew older and spent less time at my Nans it became harder to find the time to wear my heels, but I still find the odd evening or morning before work to whip on my heels and get that same feeling as my first pink courts

  14. My new shoes are in the post office. Will collect tomorrow and produce some photos, hopefully!!

Due to the lack of reponse I am not sure whether I should continue posting here!

Def keep posting, your collection looks stunnng and very high heel wise, which I love.

Looking forward to see more pic's

  15. Hi, I found this site a few weeks back and have been floating about in the background since and decided that as it was such a great, friendly looking place that Id take part  Few little things about me, 27 living in the UK and have been wearing heels since my early teens and its never went away (and I wouldn't want it too). I haven't told any of my family apart from a very understanding Nan who bought me my first pair of heels all them years ago. My girlfriend wears heels on and off and I'm still trying to break the ice as Id love for her to enjoy and accept a very important part of my life. Well thats it for now, look forward to chatting and taking part in the community as much as I can.
