 Wow, Linda, the oufits are AMAZING ! You may be new to this forum, but you are definitely not new to heels ! Very impressive, and I would love to know how you get that hairdo, and if you got help getting your photo taken at the train staition, or were able to pull it off yourself. Very impressive shots !

  My most favorite heels ever ! So many compliments on these, and they are so comfy, even though they are about as high as I dare go !!

   My latest addition: pointy toe 3-1/2" heels in size 11 by Enzo Angiolini. I got these at DSW for just under $40.! They are actually very comfy to walk in , compared to most of my other pointy pumps

 I have been tempted by Onlymaker on Amazon in recent weeks... I especially crave the red soles, a' la  Christian Laboutin . However, since my dream is to own a real pair of CL's some day, I am refraining from supporting this company because of the commitment Mr. Laboutin has put into beautiful heels, and trademarked his designs with the beautiful red leather soles

 Yay, score one for the low resolution effect !   Maybe if we did some heeling around happy hour at the bars , we could get similar compliments in  the real world ???

  I buy many of my heels at Nordstrom Rack, and have yet to find any of the Jessica Simpson Size US 11 that will fit ( for shame) , but any of the Enzo Angiolini heels in the same size slip on like a dream.... making Enzo my current favorite, as I have three different pairs. Also Nickels, which are available from Famous Footwear make a nice fitting size 11, but their shoes aren't nearly as exciting

   Aristoc, you sure have some pretty legs & feet ! My avatar is also really me, athough I don't have the peep-toe black pumps with bows any more. They were a cheap pair from payless , but I put a lot of miles on them, and they finally wore out

   Simply put, I have always wanted to be a girl, and heels give a body a supershot of femininity that nothing else can. My first experience wearing my aunts heels was un forgettable. I can still feel the electrical thrills running thru me after looking in the mirror while teetering on her gray patent pointy -toes

   My next challenge is to attend a formal event (Im thinking the Nutcracker Ballet this winter) in my Black Aldo lace booties  with a 4" Heel . I have found the perfect evening dress to go with them, and its a little hard to just go shopping in something so elegant.

   I usually go with the office-girl skirt and top out fit for shoe shopping

  In my whole life, I have never received a compliment on my looks from a stranger, except when I am in heels ( 4 times !). Yet I have also gotten the stares, head shakes, and under-the - breath comments several times that sort of balance out the whole : Fear/Confidence Index with me
