It took me some time to decide which modeling/Cad application to use, but now it's decided and I created a basic model. This was just done by using blueprints. Next, I'll add anatomically correct shape to the last (currently just very basic) and then apply the measurements of my feet (well the blueprints were already done by using their measurements anyway).

P.S.: In case you're wondering why the toe box is so high: to make it possible to create such a short box, the last will not only include the foot but also a hidden angled 2cm plateau!

I do only know 2 manufacturers that really manufacture that shape - one is a chinese manufacturer who's very hard to contact and not really serious, the other one's 6"heelsforever. I contacted them as they sell large sizes but not with the proportional heel height, and they said no they wont do it.

Only alternative is ordering from a custom heel maker which will be kinda expensive. Well if anyone knows a manufacturer who can build exactly that shape I'd be glad to hear from you...

hey Jen, yes I have experience with Lapiazza heels , the white boots like yours that's on their site they were mine, bought them back in1997 if I remember correctly.

they were nice but not arched enough for me, and the platforms was too big

I didn't order them with a stiletto heel, they just came with it! But as often in life what you didn't choose turns out for the best.

The heel is 8 2/3" (22 cm) high and the platform has 2 1/3" (6 cm) - that makes you stand on more than 6 inches! I only hope that the heel will not break. Does anybody have experiences with ultra stilettos from La Piazza?

I love them so much and they're so well-fitting that I wore them to bed, what I don't do usually... They didn't make me wake up, which is a good sign. Will do it again!

Hi Pata, love the white shoes...question did you buy them at 6IHF? because they don't look like the ones they show on the site. These whote ones you are wearing looks like the ones that MILANO is selling...the arch is great on these ones you are wearing , are they new ones that 6IHF is selling?

getting even higher ^^- they are over 6 inch high - and still, yes, I´d say even these 6inchforever shoes are more convenient for walk than the lower devious scream heels are!

here some few very first pictures now but I will love to show more, as I am deeply impressed by these shoes.

look at the heel so near to sole which makes the arch look very special and the high heel really extreme.
