No, I have been wearing heels for many years now and people are used to it now. I remember when I started wearing earrings in both ears back in 1988. What looks I got! Now it's considered trendy!

SW: I wear jeans and steel toes to work. Good thing too since if I didn't have my safety shoes on, I would likely of busted up my left foot instead of bruising it last week. The heels are for home.

It's often when there's a close up of the heels too - like when a stiletto-wearing character has just jumped off a wall and the shot changes to a flat-soled landing! So stupid.

They even do it in the movies. A classic example is Michelle Pfeiffers' catwoman in Batman Returns. Great heels for most of her shots but watch that flat-footed landing shot in the Mall!

As for Michelle Ryan - yep, shes' Babreham Lincoln alright!

She was one of the few reasons for watching that Jeckyl tosh a few weeks ago.

I read that Michelle Pfeiffer did do all of her shots in heels. It was her stunt double who was wearing the flats.

That is the one thing I give credit to british TV, when women are running in heels, THEY ARE RUNNING IN HEELS!!!!

Doctor Who is a great show for some fantastic heel wearing over the decades.

Fog: Yes, this is me. It is a picture of my favorite boots. They are knee-high brown with a black toe and 3.5" heels.

I'm just a guy who likes to wear heels. Luckily my girlfiriend is ok with it too. Since the heels I normally wear are western style boots (up to 3.5"), I have no problems although I do get stares and compliments at times from the ladies.

I agree, those are Western Ranch boots alright! I love the style! I own several pairs from them and have another pair on order. They may be expensive, but Western Ranch boots are made right and last a long time!
