Hi thanks! Believe it or not, but this style is still around at Sexy Shoes. http://www.sexyshoes.com/p-148-919-fur-lined-save-40-leather-sz-5-11.aspx Yes, the round toe and thick heel make them easy to wear them all night. They are fur lined though so I recommend wearing them when it is colder out.
