If you admire a quality in another person of your sex, you will want to acquire that qaulity, but you can admire a quality in a person of the opposite sex and have no desire to acquire to that quality. If you are secure in who you are, then what somebody else is or does is not going to damage your sense of self-worth, whether we are talking about feminity/masculinity, intelligence, athletic ability or anything else.

Interesting/exciting shoes will attract you to a person, but it is what is inside that will keep you interested.

If I remember right, it is actually cheaper to keep somebody in prison for life than to put them to death, because of the cost of all the appeals they get before they are finally executed. I used to be strongly for the death penalty, then I realized that it has no deterrent value and is just "eye for an eye" revenge. My replacement for it would be life in solitary confinement with no chance of parole. Execution lets them off to easy, and there have been to many "oops" discovered from DNA testing.

What would it be. Be as practical or imaginative as you want,e.g. a comfortable every day shoe that would last a long time or a shoe that doubles as a phone. BE CREATIVE! Have Fun!! Dream!!

I've always hated ties, consider them a portable noose. About the only time I wear one is to a job interview. Every place I have worked has had a casual dress code. I have to say though that they do make you look sharp with a suit. Ken

Snow? That would be nice, where I am it is in the 90's this week. Here you would never have to worry about slipping and sliding in the snow, just your heels sinking into soft pavement in the summer. I guess you've proved that wearing heels is like riding a bicycle. Ken

I think that you have to take the colors of the whole outfit into account. Lighter colored shoes than stocking is not a conventional look, but so what. I think black stocking with white shoes can make for a more interesting and exciting look than white or tan stocking with white shoes. You have to take the total look into account. Don't forget rules are meant to be broken. If you like the look do it and break the rule, if you go YUCK! than stick to the rule. Ken
