  1. The Boots in question which I think look very good with my big bell bottoms. If they just fit look here. Ok I'm working on it, hold on...... I don't know how to post pic's here sorry, I give up for tonight. Now I give up, my photo host has changed things up so can't get address for the photo. Anybody know of an easy place to host photo's :lol: Later Sway

  2. Thanks FireFox,

I did post in the Rant forum about this some time back but I didn't say who I was dealing with just trying to give them the benefit of a doubt.

They make some nice boots don't get me wrong but unless you can buy your shoe size off the shelf don't bother with them.

Lessons cost and I have paid for mine I just hope with more slow stretching some day I will be able to wear them a little.

I have foot problems and thats another post of mine in the rant forum, any type of shoe I wear has to fit very well or they hurt. Heels are just a little treat for me ever now and then.

Now it's time for some :drinking: and some

  3. A little warning about Jean-Gaborit, I screwd around with them 1 1/2 years trying to get a custom size (wide wide) in a US mens size 12 and they said they could make them. Well they can't about all they can custome make is the shaft. Very poor communications after the purchase, I would email them every week asking for an update or if they were receiving my mail and this went on for months with very few replies now I'm stuck with a $325.00 pair of boots that I've had stretched 5 times and they are still too tight. After I place my first order and they arrived 2 1/2 months later, I returned them with pictures showing where they were too tight, new measurement, tracings of my foot and so on it took a year to get the remakes back and now they will not respond to any of my mail. Sorry to rant but it's something you need to know. Later Sway

  4. Yep I tried it for a while, clear lash and brow mascara with a little face powder to help even out my complexion. It looks good for having pictures made and I highly recommend it for that but I dont think anybody else really noticed. Now I just keep my brow's trimed and plucked nice and neet girls seem to like that along with a manicure and pedicure on a man. Later, Sway

  5. Hi Hoverfly,

Well what I have found out so far nerve damage aka peripheral neurophy, Morton's Neuroma, Sesamoidtis

and possibly arthritis. In all I have all the classic problems associated with the wearing of high heel shoes. This makes walking in any kind of shoe painful and more so in heels. I am a little better now compared to this time last year but there is no cure for the nerve damage. Hard surfaces are murder on my feet now so things like walks around town and trips to the shopping mall are all but out of the question.

I have flat feet and was a candidate for this to happen I guess my tight court shoes just helped it along. My metatarsal arch has collapsed this is the arch in the ball of your foot. This is an exaggeration but think of your hand as your foot and make a cup like you are holding a ball. Now see how the back of your hand is curved, now place you hand flat on your desk when this is done in the foot it squeezes the nerves that run between the joints. Now arch your hand like it was in a pair of heels and squeeze across your knuckles combine this with a pair of heels and your have the potential for problems.

  6. Well the repair job is in not too bad for $13.00 dollars plus new tips and a shine job. I think it will be ok the jeans I wear with these boots cover all but about 3/4 of an inch of the heel when standing and like I said its on the inside.

When I dropped the boots off another man came in behind me to pick up some shoes that had been repaired my boots were still on the counter he commented to the owner I guess thats a big boot and he just said yes

When I returned to pick them up an employee was polishing them in a room around the corner the owner leaned around the to get them and he asked the employee a guy do you want to try them on he chuckled a little and said no.

While paying for them he asked me did she slip on something, I said yes I did, you could see the color drain from his face as he was giving me my change that alone was with 20 bucks. I just smiled and said thank you.

  7. Hi Dr Shoe, I just got back from dropping off the boots for repair, polish and new heel tips. The guy told me he could fix it but it would still leave a little scar guess I’m luck it was on the inside and not the out side of the heel. As far as high class repair shop I don’t know, not many in my area. He said I could pick them up this evening I will post a pic soon. Sway

  8. Freaking winding stair case covered with smooth pebble stone like around a swimming pool very narrow steps that I had to walk sideways plus it was raining and next to the last step BOOM! I missed because part of the step was missing (One screwed up boot) I was going out to meet some friends that I have not seen in a long time a husband and wife that do Karaoke. I had talked to her on the phone earlier to day and said if she would come out I would wear my new high heel boots and she was all for it.

    Look at this

Well after the all most fall and screwing up my boots we did the hugs and small talk and had several drinks. I then asked her if she like my boots because she never said a word about them. She was very smug and the conversation was not the best not that Im looking for female approval but that helps. Her husband really like them and said she should get a pair ?

Well all is good I bought them a drink and said my goodbyes but when I walked off I I did my best toe to toe high heel wiggle, I caught her looking at me through the mirrors behind the bar as I left.....

  9. Hi SH,

My shoe size is way out of the normal women's range, PayLess stores in my area may have 3 or 4 pair on the shelf in size 13 in standard flats and low heel pump styles and they run too small. I must have the wide width shoes and most of them are still too small so I order from them on line the selections is a little better. My true women's size would be a 15 wide/wide width I just get lucky ever now and then and find something that runs larger than normal.

Next time you out shopping take a look and you will see size 11 women's is about the largest shoes you will find on the shelf. I have found a lot of shoes on line that I could wear but they are stiletto heels and thats not what Im into. I like broad chunky and blade heels and no body makes them in my size. So my options are very limited just keep ordering and sending back or order custom made shoes or boots that run $300.00 a pair and up $$$. My luck with custom made has not been very good I ordered a pair of boots over a year ago and still have not received them.

  10. Congratulations! Glad to hear you had a successful mission, yep the hard surface can be very different than walking around the house, cracks, drains, curbs all kinds of hazards await you but before long you will be gliding right along. Practice and practice more and you will get an eye for hazards and it will be just like walking in flats. Good luck! Sway

  11. Hi CDragon, No I dont have those but I do have several pair of PayLess shoes and boots. I suggest you go to the store and try them on their sizes vary from style to style just like any other shoes or company. You really want them to be comfortable and fit right the first time, something just a little snug at the store can be murder in just a short time walking around in them. I got these several weeks ago and really like them, size 13 wide and they fit my men's 13EEE that tells a little about the sizing...... "http://www.payless.com/payless/images/beauty/018326_beauty.gif" Dont worry about going to the store just do it! Wish I could, I have to order all of mine several pair at a time and try them on if they dont fit I just drop them off at the store for a refund. Shopping for shoes would be so much fun instead of surfing the net all the time and just wondering if they would fit. Good luck and have fun! Sway

  12. Hi Joak, Glad to hear you got the new booties :) I just don't think I will ever be able to wear a pointed toe again due to the foot problems. Still looking for something in a size 47 eu guess it's out there somewhere. Now a 46UE in a square toe may do the trick if they are a wide or run a little wide. Thanks for letting me know about the booties, I asked Jeff to change my sign on name to Sway but I guess too many :drinking: and I typed Sawy :( so I guess I'm Sawy for a little.....Kelly aka TripleEEE aka Sawy aka Sway

  13. Hi Joak, Well my correct size in US women's would be 15 very wide I can wear some 14s but it depends how wide they are. I have very wide feet men's US 13EEE, with nerve damage I cant wear anything that squeezes them. Thanks!

  14. Wow man sorry things didnt go right with the girl first time around. I like you have a high profile position where my creditability is of utmost importance and have to make sure people trust me. I know what its like having to keep you nose clean walk a straight line and never waver. You sound a lot like me an introvert I know a lot of people but can count the people that I call friend outside of my family on one hand. You keep everything to your self, very dedicated to your work and have passions that can consume you for the things that you like or love. You probably don't revel this to you family because you think it is a weakness and you must be strong for them......Am I wrong? Brother let it out like you have talk too a close friend or it will do bad things to you. I haven't gone as far as you but there have been times when I hated my dreary existence and felt trapped. Im 40 years old and got hit with nerve damage in my feet last year some days the pain is to the point I cant walk to my mail box and then I have better days that I do the things to take care of my self. Now some things that were goals for me in the past dont seem as important any more I take it day by day. Ever now and then I put my heels on and go out for a night on the town yes I pay for it for several days but I think of the fun I had. :( It sounds like you have found somebody in you friends ex-gf when she busted out laughing is a natural response to something she didnt know how to handle. The offer for a shopping trip sounds very interesting do you like her ? Kelly

  15. SH, You know your right the 2.5 inchers never did it for me either. Man I was :drinking: that night and was surprised the next day it could even my post. I had forgotten what fun a 4 or 5 inch heel could be except for the nerve damage in my feet they hurt for a little but after several cold brews that kind of goes away to a dull pain. Boy did I pay for it the next day and the next, guess I will just be limited to several times a month and be happy with that. Yes it was a good time and was amused watching the karaoke guy setting up he had on a pair of cowboy boots not much of a heel on them at all. When he walked he drug his heels across the floor scuff scuff scuff very stiff legged with his shoulder hunched forward. This was not the typical cowboy swagger but more like he was having a little trouble walking in them? Don't know this may just have been his style but I must do it again some time...........

  16. Well,

I went out tonight in these http://www.sexyshoe.com/w9608.jpg 4 inch heel tucked under my Levis 518 low rise jeans. I went to a big pool hall that I frequent often guess it was my first time out in heels other than Halloween in Drag several years ago. I have worn these in there several times http://www.payless.com/payless/images/beauty/018326_beauty.gif with a 2 1/2 inch heel the girls really like them but they are not enough to be noticed unless I point them out

Well I was really tall around 6 foot 9 with these boots nobody noticed at first but a guy friend of my said DAM you are loosing weight and getting taller. I pulled up my pants leg and shoed him my boots and he just said I like those boots and went on the bathroom :drinking: . His wife and a friend of hers :drinking: came over to where I was setting and she saw them right off (girls just key in on shoes :() and really like them her friend said that is a sexy look......She is  in my bed right now.

Never under estimate the power heels and a little :drinking:

Guys just do it and you will have fun

  17. Sorry you guys had a hard time, we are a small group in a small world of thinking. Now for HighLucs look even I would do a double take but I would not laugh at it. There is nothing wrong with what he is wearing the style of shoes and clothing is of his choice. Being from this forum I would approach him in some style and talk to him about it just trying to make a link. You know I have never seen a man in heels in my neck of the woods other than on Halloween and my self. I have had good response from girls and one guy just looked at me and said he had never seen high heels like that before and walked away? Who cares I surely dont . Life is short have fun  Live it up kids :( Kelly
