Picked these Madden Girl Chapels up the other day at Marshalls, for the princely sum of $24.95. MG shoes are hit and miss for me size wise - this is the third pair I've bought, a pair of slingbacks were too big, a really cute pair of print pumps were too small but these are just right - and shockingly comfortable for an almost 5" heel (probably down to the platform).
Funny I was looking at those and a pair from Chinese Laundry the other day at a Marshalls and DSW where I live. However they were not in my size.
I need to post more pictures of all the shoes I have gotten recently. I have bought a ton... lol

Sorry I didn't post any pictures of my Missoni pumps. I'll do so shortly.
Today I went to several stores in BA. Tried a couple of boots and booties and finally bought these. As usual, some of the clerks are fine and helpful; others just rather uneased.
I have the silver ones in black patent, but I'd rather have them in leather.
The other pair is very similar to others I have except for the bun.
We are in sales season so, maybe, I'll get a couple of things more.
They look amazing! Glad they were able to help. You will be amazing when your honest, the reaction of some can amaze you too.

I get mine mostly from Snaz75.com also there are 2 exotic dancer store near where I live. The ladies that own the stores love having me there because I know alot about walking in heels so I get to show some of the younger women that come in how to walk properly.
These are my next purchase though:
Link still does not seem to work...

Just remembered that I just got these from my friend's house two days ago, so I guess I felt obliged to post them here. (NOTE: These are NO Designer heels). I ordered the boots from a site (last pair in stock) and the wedges from eBay (also the last in stock), so I feel pretty lucky to have the "last" pairs on the block! ;D
I also posted a lengthy post on my blog at the bottom, so be sure to check out the "after story" of the boots (soon, the wedges too! ;D
By the way, those wedges are amazing! I love them!!!

I was encouraged by the stories, so I finally ventured the nerve to go out in my painted nails and heels (two separate trips).
The other night, I was wearing a pair of sandals around the house (first picture attached) and my wife came home and mentioned that her car needed gas (my job). I went for the loafers and then thought - NOW is as good a time as any, purple toenails and all. I jumped in the car and went down to the gas station at the freeway and pulled up on the freeway side and proceeded to pump her gas. The pump receipt dispenser wasn't working and I had to go in and get a receipt. The station was packed - a few looks but no comments. I survived!!
Today I felt like wearing my newest heels home from work (second picture attached) and noticed that I needed gas as well. So, again I find a busy station and get out, fill up the vehicle, and went home. There was a guy in a Mercedes behind me and a lady and a police officer on the other side - along with the feeder traffic I deliberately parked next to. Again, a few looks - no comments - and I survived again!!
Ordered some black leather wedge boots (5 inch heel, 1 inch platform) today. Time to go out for real this time.......
Thanks guys (and gals) for all the support. Never been happier.
Superb! That is great to hear. I am happy for you guys and applaud your courage. I hope to go public heeling soon and take some photos for everyone.
and I agree with ThighBootGuy, tpryor lets see those boots. ;D

I lived through the early eighties. You have to have good looking shoes to get out of a bad economy.
Those are simple but classy, and I bet they are comfortable too. Very nice.

here is the past 2 weeks worth of shopping.
enjoy, i know we did:smile:

They look amazing! Love the last pair. Really really great choice.

I am not much into yellow. But those do look good. I like the white ones but really they are both good.

That is quite an impressive collection. Do you rotate the wearing of so many high heels, or just wear what suits your fancy at the spur of the moment?
Actually yes! It comes down to what I feel like wearing and what I am wearing it with. Some days I'll look and see a pair I have not worn in awhile and throw them on just to wear.

Here is a picture of my latest heels. I bought them from Winners here in Canada. They are Steve Madden brand sandals. The heel measures in at 4 1/2 inches. And the best part is I got them on clearance for around $20. Enjoy!
As Charlie Sheen would say, "Winning!"

First two pictures:
I got the first pair from Payless. Had to order them on-line. I had not try the shoes at the store. They did not have them in my size. When I pick up the pumps at the store, I try them on at the store. The seals girls liked pumps on me. The pumps fit true to size. The pumps are in size 12. They are called: Looker Ring Gladiator Sandal and have a 4.25 in heel.
Last two Pictures
The second pair is from Nine West. I found them at the Nine West Outlet store. These where the only pair in size 12. For the Memorial Weekend the Nine West store had a seal of an additional $10.00 off the original price. The final price was $14.99!
The shoes are called: Lissindao
WOW, those look amazing! and for that price! OMG!

I don't mean to be rude, but I take issue with this statement. Do you have any proof of it or is it just your conjecture or perhaps something you've heard? Can you quote a medical journal article or a reputable web site?
Steve
Regretfully I can not find a link for you. I recall seeing a British Journal on it along time ago when I started wearing high heels all the time. I was of course very concerned about the health risk and prolonged wearing of heels. Sorry.

Personally I don't recommend wearing stilettos to bed. Did it once when I was drunk and woke up to torn sheets.
I do not recommend it simply for the fact that your feet change shapes and your body uses the time that you rest to reset itself. Prolonged wearing heels while sleeping can cause damage, but again. If you do not do it every night that I do not see the harm in doing it every once and awhile...

Just got these today. Vince Camuto - 9.5 Milsey 2 Peep Toe. Right one needs a little breaking in, but VERY nice. Dillards - on sale!
Got them on a tip from a friend - you know who you are..........
You look amazing in those. Superb shoes there. ;D

I think this is my new favorite pair, got them about three hours ago, and i love the ruffles they have, as well as the color.
I can see why they are your new fav. They look very comfortable and easy to walk in.
-
I just receive them!! I think they looks great, they're very comfy, and although they're a little high for me, very easy to walk in... But not wearable in public for me...
here is some pics:
Very nice. and they definitely look great to walk in. I picked up these with the help of PussyinBoots, Heelster, and barney15c. Not the color I wanted but it was just too sexy not to pickup ;D

Those are nice! Can you tell us more about them?
Yes, they are extremely comfortable and amazingly easy to walk in. I sometimes forget that I have them on. Purchased them from Amiclubwear.com and they have sizes up to 10 and in many different colors. Those seen in the picture are size 10 and they fit wonderfully. The stones/gems in the front are put together well, and though they have a little give. I have had no issue with them so far. I would highly recommend these heels to those looking for a traditional platform sandal look. The shoes even came with replacement heel tips which I thought were very nice.
