From my research, UK 8 is a US 10, I am suspecting to go to a male size, you would be looking at a 12, 11 or 11.5 depending on the shoe, 12.5 might be the best and in some cases a 13 is possibly needed. I cannot tell you how tough it is to find shoes in my range of 11, 11.5 & 12 that are appealing and have a heel 4inches and up. Going for a 12 is very tough, and anything much higher, it is a difficult task, and can be an expensive one.

I wear size 11 to 12 depending on the manufacturer and the shoe style. I hope you enjoy the pics.
