Very true, whats the point of having a shoe if you cannot wear it! I have only managed a 5 inch heel out and about so far, and that was in Manchesters canal Street area and worn quite openly. I didn't have too many problems walking in them, but for me anything higher, whilst looking superb would be a challenge. I also think that if you are going to wear heels as a man then you have to make damn sure that you can walk in them as good as if not better than a woman or you just end up looking ridiculous. I find that if I do get any comments it is because I can wear the heels well, rather than the fact that I am wearing heels.

Ah so true, I will be travelling away from home on my shopping trips from now on I think... it's just too much of a risk i think.
