19 pairs of heels (3 3/4" to 6 1/2") and 5 pair of male shoes .

No Steve63130 I don't expect I will be wearing them out in the real world, the only obstacles I will encounter will be the cat.

Ordered some heels from Light in the box a site based in China, the first picture is what was advertised, the others are as they arrived. the rear strap is out of alignment with the heel and is too short. A pity as apart from that they are very comfortable, just a bit of quality control and they could have been great.

Be careful not to try higher temperatures, the trial at 65c caused the glue to melt and the sole to detach.

Been having problems with tight shoes, tried the freezing method with little success, so I tried going the other way, placed a pair in the oven and started to warn it up, after a bit of experimentation I found that 60deg C was high enough and kept them in for about 15 mins,at this temperature, after which I took them out and put them on and wore them until they had cooled.
Obviously this will not work with leather shoes !

Hope to pick these up on Saturday, Going back to safe and boring Black ?
Went to a large department store to pick up the shoes that I had ordered. I handed the collection order to a young male sales assistant who then disappeared into the stock room. He quickly returned empty handed and looking flustered, handed me back the papers saying "Their not there ! " and run off to serve another customer.
A senior female assistant had seen this and went over to speak to him. She then came over to me asked for the collection order, disappeared into the stock room and came back carrying the shoes and apologizing profusely, It seemed it was the lads first day on the shop floor, I think he is in for a steep learning curve if he is going to remain in retail and maybe the store should be doing a bit more training before they let them loose on the public!

To answer the original question, the sizes depend on the supplier. Schuh don't actually make their own footwear at all (AFAIK) and are solely (PTP) a retailer.
Thanks Dr Shoe, that probably explains why their assistants don't seem to have much information about the stock.

Yes I have tried most of them and flea bay but nothing yet,Do a Google search if you know the name of the style. Other shoe sellers, like Amazon, Zappos, Shoes.com, Shoemall, and Shoebuy might still have some in stock. If you need a bigger size you might not find it. And yes, check Ebay, too. Good luck.
Steve
nothing on ebay.co.uk for that model in any size, presuming you are anything between a 6-8 UK
I think they only went up to a size 8 , and that normaly fits me Ok unless they are particualy narrow,
I am suer they will start to appear, before too long !!!

Well it’s great to see people are looking back over the old posts. As an up date I can announce that I have ventured out wearing heels on several occasions and locations since the original post back in 2005, and have not had any bad reactions, but I seem to have to go through the whole confidence building thing every time. But as I stated before I am not giving up “It’s a part of ME !” Thanks to all for the continued support !!!

I have been trying for ages now to get out wearing heels in public , but each time I try, I convince myself something is not right and I chicken out. I have been out in heels late at night, and I have no problem shopping for heels so where is the problem? I know every one here will say just do it! but i wish it was that easy, anybody got any suggestions as to how I can get over this and get out there!

Safety boots and overalls, heels would go through the steel grating floors! That's probably why I can't wait to get home and change.

It was 1979, They were 4" black stiletto courts brought from a catalogue, and guess what they were too small! but that didn't stop me wearing them, but only in the house.

Now that's a blast from the past, I didn't think this one would re-surface. I managed to come up with a workable solution by fitting a block drilled to accept the calliper spurs mounted on a plate between the heel and sole (at the top of the heel) this worked reasonably well and looked good, and helped fulfill one of my wifes dreams.

I am a UK size 8 (usualy) and 6'1" without heels.

Any one here in Dubai Airport last week? Caught sight of a man in white wedge heels, going the oposite way. the place was packed and he looked totaly confident. Envy is a terrible thing!

Can anyone tell me if there is a stockist of Demonia shoes on the south coast ( between London and the coast) Thanks.

Try driving a truck in heels! and I know for a fact that many do, it's no problem at all in fact more comfortable than driving a car, due to the sitting position. the feet are flat on the floor and you push the pedels down instead of forward. getting in and out can be a bit of a chalenge though.

Thanks for the support, but I think that jamie 001's approach is best for me. I feel that I shouldn't have to give any excuses for wearing heels in public, although I have not had to cross that bridge yet, but I will. Strangely enough, although I don't have the confidence to wear my heels in public I have no problem going into a shop and buying them, although I have not tried any on in the shop, well once about 20 years ago. but then you couldn't get womens shoes above a size 7 in a regular shoe shop in them days ("God I sound like I should be in a home!")

Saw them just after they sold out and have never seen them on Ebay or other sites.
