  1. They seem to be mostly ok in my home city but most of the centre has had new pavement recently including a large section of cobble type pavement but that's another problem. Also the villiage where we live has had most pavements re-tarmaced so I guess I must be lucky.

  2. A very inexpensive pair of ankle boots from a shop in Blackpool of all places. I bought the same pair and wore them out three years running when visiting. One year I got two pairs but sadly they have not had any for the past two years. They were a nice slim very high heel with a pointed toe and where so comfortable for how high they were. Perfect everyday, everywhere footware.

  3. You have described my husband perfectly. He loves high heels and wants me to wear them all the time. I have always wore heels but since meeting him nearly ten years ago I have become used to wearing 5'' heels all the time. He would buy me shoes every time we go shopping if he could if we find nice enough pair. They make me feel good when I wear them and I feel unattractive if I have not got heels on. As for the bedroom, yes he insists I wear them, as does he and I have several pairs tht are for the bedroom only.

  4. I have no problems with it. I really didn't consider it before I met Foxyheels but when he told me after a few days after we met I thought why not they are just shoes. I like wearing them so why shouldn't he. It has no detriment to his masculinity what so ever. I think the vast majority of women wouldn't like it if asked but until you are confronted by it from the man you love I don't think you can truly say if you would be opposed to it. On a lighter note he has awful feet so it actually enhances the view when he wears his heels.

  5. Obviously my other half needs no encouragement at all and there are several on this site who are far more active in public heeling as a male but my question is for those who are building up to going out. Would you be more likely to wear your heels in public if your partner actively encouraged you to? They might say let's go out shoe shopping but you have to wear your heels if you come with me. Would this help you go public or would the same issues that are preventing you now still win out. It's not something I will experience so was wondering if not being alone would help those on the verge of street heeling or even those who want to but wouldn't at present. i know my hubby likes me to wear very girlie ultra high heels with him as this can reduce the effect of his and obviously stops the 'Is he gay?' type questions and looks as we always hold hands when out.

  6. Sorry to tease you all but I wear 5'' heels at work whenever I feel like it. You should all try it it's great. Being serious though Mr F has just bought some nice boots with a 2 and a half inch heel that he could easily get away with at work, they are mens boots but I can't see the difference to many of the women's boots available today. But I don't like mine to be that low as it makes me feel frumpy.

  7. Haven't been here for awhile, but the answer to the question that fits me, and possibly many of the others here, is that I consider myself to be a male lesbian. If you google the term, and read the first few answers, including the one by a psychologist, you will find it implies a (possibly) fairly shy individual who may or may not partially crossdress, that is ambivalent towards his gender, who craves the company of women more than men--not just sexually but socially. And who, if he hypothetically were to undergo SRS, he (now a she) would STILL prefer women, sexually and socially. Its not a foreign concept at all. And I didn't even mention Eddie Izzard!

That sounds just like my hubby, always jokes that he is a lesbian as he loves girls, shopping and the company of women.

  8. Is she also a high heel wearer? As high high as you?

Must be hard to know if you should mention your hubby's love of heels.

No not a heel wearer and as much as I love her, if I told her everyone would know. She does often comment on his love of heels as she knows he buys me them really high. Biggest comment would be if I wore anything less than 5'' she would notice that.

  9. We will be going out with our friend who introduced us to a theartre this evening. I have a lot to thank her for although she does not know about his heels but does know he's a massive fan of them.

  10. I wouldn't say I like men in heels but it does not bother me if they wear them. I am cautious about family knowing about Foxy wearing them but that's only because of society's narrow minded attitude towards alternative fashion. I am happy for him to wear them as they hide his horrible feet. He. He.

  11. You let your husband go out in public with you wearing them. Birmingham shopping tomorrow, I will be wearing my 4'' black and grey knee boots and hubby is wearing his chunky (but still girlie) heeled boots about 3 and a half inch I think so he will be in a good mood so right time to ask for new clothes and shoes. :silly:

  12. We are going to our friends 40th birthday party tonight and Foxyheels has asked me to wear a pair of shoes he likes. He's jealous I can wear them out so when we returned home from grocery shopping earlier he put on an identical pair he has. He has bought some new trousers from River Island in the sales and they looked good together so I said I should take a picture or two.

I think they look good together, what's your opinion, they are girls trousers but I thought they looked ok on him with the shoes and not out of place on his very manly legs.

He has got his own back a bit as I am a bit jealous they didn't have these trousers in my size in the sale.

He then told me he had promised to take some pictures of us together and put them on here so we took a couple more. I still had the boots and long socks on I had worn for grocery shopping but had put my old comfy ra-ra skirt for the house, just to let you know I don't go shopping for groceries in a short skirt.

Hope you like them. We will do some more when we get the time, I know he's keen of having pictures of us in identical heels (we have about 5 pairs) and I hope I've done the links right he showed me how a few days ago so hopefully I remembered ok.

    xx

  13. I was the same when Foxyheels introduced me to very high heels shortly after we met I found it hard to even walk a few steps without excessive correction required. For me it was purely down to practice, I have been out in 6'' heels on a night out a couple of times with no problem. So practice makes perfect as they say. :)

  14. Not had an interview for a few years but at my last one I must have worn 5'' heels as that's my normal shoes. I probably wore trousers over them so the heel would have been mostly hidden. I got the job so must have been ok. As others have said I think it's about the whole outfit and overall look.
