Shoe stores in Paris

As I am going to Paris soon I would love to get some shoes. Does anyone know of shops that carries nice high heeled shoes in larger sizes in Paris? I already know of Ernest but there have to be more. /admirer

There was a thread some time last year which listed perhaps half a dozen others.

There is at least Jean Gaborit and Christian Louboutin too.
