astrid
Im off to Budapest in January for a few nights. Prices there are a lot lower than Ireland or England where I usually shop, so I want to take the opportunity to invest in some new boots. Anybody, know of any shops in the city worth visiting or have any non-heel related must does.
Maximilian
I love Budapest, hands down the most beautiful women per capita in the world, and I've been to many places. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised by the amount of women wearing fantastic heels and boots. I haven't been to Budapest in a few years but I remember that they had a big modern mall called Westend with lots of shops. http://www.westend.hu/en/home/ Then there is Vaci utca pedestrian street with nice shops and restaurants and a great place to people watch. A stroll on the banks of the Danube is fun, although it'll probably be cold this time of year. There antiques/flee market was an interesting place as well. One guy sold AK-47's lol. Oh, if you like Italian food, I recommend this restaurant: http://www.okayitalia.hu/frameindex_en.html I've been there a few times and really enjoyed it. All in all, it's a very nice place to visit. Have fun!
