thatotherguy
So I'm considering buying a pair of tights and/or pantyhose... I came across something called "heather tights" while browsing on Amazon.com Can someone explain to me what exactly they are and how are they different from Opaque tights? breaking social norms is a hobby of mine
tightsnheels
"Heather" refers to the coloration of the tights, usually they have a slight gray or brown undertone. This gives the color a slightly muted appearance as compared to the pure or non-heather color. You will more normally see this color designation used with sweaters but obviously not always. I hope this helps. T&H "Look for the woman in the dress, if there is no dress there is no woman."-Coco Channel
Dawn HH
Thats the first time that I have heard of that color used in reference to pantyhose. Like was said, that is a color usually used to describe a color of a sweater. Cheers--- Dawn HH High Heeled Boots Forever!
